This is such an AMAZING SCENE! I love how the National Touring Company protrayed this song. Penny is so funny to watch in this scene because she "can't hear the bells." She is looking for them everywhere! ( 4:07)

Love how the stage is bathed in a light blue when the dream sequence starts. It's also cool how the fake hand bells sound like actual bells.
