I wish Jackson had been more understanding and patient.. He knew deep inside that Aaron likes him. Shouldn't have hurt him this bad. And hearing the crash, seeing him almost dead - pretty too much to take for a kiddo who's just learning to love - an unbearable heartache on Aaron's side.
just watched emmerdale tonight. Jacksons decided he wants to die now. It's such a sad storyline but it's bloody gripping and I think the acting by aaron and Jackson is epic!!
This is epic fair play! Remember when i first watched it it wasgripping and still was then, theyre awesome actors and thats one of the best scenes/storylines on a soap in a long time !!
Oh yeah it's the one I'm in charge of at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre, home of the Great Central Railway Nottingham, the only heritage railway in Nottinghamshire!
Since the tram crash was blatantly corries big story line of the year you'd have thought emmerdale would have chosen to do something a bit more within their budget that wouldnt look like corries tram crash just shat on them from a great height!
Perhaps a lamb could have got caught up in a paper airoplane crash... just a thought!
@guysandgals2 Hello! I am Brazilian and I met by chance the story of Aaron & Jackson. I'm impressed, it's wonderful. I have many doubts about it. It's a series? It is a novel? what country is transmitted? I would appreciate if someone could tell me.
Trains don't stop as quickly cars, they take a while to bring to stand and so why would the driver of the train, see a dark coloured van without lights on at an unlit level crossing in the DARK??! He wouldn't, not until he was right on top of it and then would have applied brake (or emergency brake would have kicked in), thus the noise of brakes figure after the incident.
But more in question is why does the cement truck driver (a ghost in the machine if ever there was one) do nothing? Jump out to witness/go to help/telephone the signalman?
All the attention is focused on the drippy driver and not what would really happen, vis. he would cannon into the back of the truck and probably go through the windscreen and die.
Fact: Emmerdale did not use Network Rail offered help. The loco hitting the van was filmed via a mirror and it was filmed on a preserved railway.
not better than coronation street tram crash

@ldg1985 yeah but emmerdale are having a fire to be transmitted in mid January that'll kill 2 people at least, i guess they were saving for that.
09rob1234 1 year ago

@guysandgals2 i think jeimii must have had his sound off, because you are right, the brakes do slam on, right after impact
