@makajay1986 dom sacrificed his life to save his friends, and he did it to be with his family. Gears 3 is badass. The campaign was not boring, and the ending is probably indicating that there might be a gears 4 (hopefully). I like gears 1, it has a good multiplayer and smooth gameplaying. But campaign was too short, and you couldn't do executions. Just saying gears 3 is way better than gears 1 and 2 combine.

On my gears 3, my horde, beast mode, wingman, and any private modes just freeze my xbox. I've cleaned my disc, retried my xbox, beat up my xbox, and it still doesnt work! Someone please help, i cant play the best parts of this beautiful game.

@EmpererVids My Xbox > System Settings > Memory > Press Y and clean clear system cache. Hope this helps, if not return GOW3 to the retailer, or install GOW3 to your hardrive ( When the game is in the tray ? Dashboard > My Xbox > Where you click to play the game > Press Y > Install to hard drive. Make sure you have at least 10GB on free space on your hard drive. Hope this helps!

You have to use a flame thrower or incendiary grenades to burn it, once its on fire shoot him. It took us a while for me and my friend to do this. Even then its hard as hell since they take a lot of damage.

the game itself didn't feel like a gears game IMO...I do not really like the new horde mode either,Beast mode is new and different but I dont know why but I really didn't like gears of war 3, that was hard for me to say considering I've bought all the gears games at launch. Game is well polished, no epic boss battle at the end, ending sucked. Marcus didn't seem like Marcus anymore. Dom death was stupid, because he should of died better than that. I hate to say it but Gears 1 is still the best.

i got a copy of this yesterday( game is already in stores,but not yet for sale) I didn't even get through act 1 yet but the game is a lot better than gears 2 and 1 put together. The game feels like it's even faster paced than the last two. Graphics are better, Horde 2.0 is freaking amazing, it's 100 times better than gears 2 horde. This game is a must have. Now im going to hit up some horde 2.0..
