Why r u people so angry cuz he was trying to help people saying noob and call of duty fanboys and all that i am new ( or a noob i guess) to the gaming world but this way is much more natural to me as it probably is to most people wheather they play call of duty or not.... killzone 2 actually had horrible controls, even when i set the controls to alternative 2, put the zoom hold on, maxed out the sensativity and enabled the high precision aiming patch, the game still felt slow

I play several tactical shooters like BBC, socom, operation flashpoint, ARMA, counter strike, they were slow but they weren't laggy, Killzone 2 had shitty laggy controls, in fact Guerilla games have admitted this by A: Releasing a patch for KZ2 and B: making Killzone 3 more like COD, they've even admitted this in interviews, KZ2 had horrible controls thats the bottom line.

@oldsnake8592 the controls weren't even laggy. it was only lagging depending on what type of HDTV u had otherwise if u were on a SDTV u would get no lag at all but on some HDTVs there was lag(which i noticed) alot of forums discuss this. the killzone controls are supposed to be more heavier and unique but ppl just can't except when a fps doesn't control like other fps for example:Call Of Duty. Kinda disappointing to me when I found out KZ3 was going to be a lil faster to cater those complainers

@jiggatnk i've heard that myth, but its never been proven, the fact that GG have even admitted that KZ2 had laggy control, should render or arguments for its controls obsolete, so i dunno why people vigorously defend the controls when even the developer themselves said it was awful, and the fact that KZ3 plays faster, and has had NO complaints from either side of the fence makes me wonder why people still defend KZ2's controsl, i dont hate, KZ2 its a great game, but the controls weren't.

i have both consoles, and they're both great. in fact, i actually have 2 xboxes (one i bought for my bro but he bought his own ps3 in the end so he let me have it back because he couldn't be assed to pay for live; he's 15), and the only issue i have with them is that they red ring once in a while. it's a serious problem for me, but with the slim that pretty much doesn't happen anymore so fanboys can stick it up their ass.

they're just jealous they can't buy the other console as well.

Everyone who is complaining, you need to realise. KZ2 is a "realistic" game. Not a normal game where everythings quick and assisted. In real life, it does take a second to lift the gun, to pull the trigger, it's not instant. When you go to run, you dont automatically burst into full speed, theres a second where you lag, your getting into the motion of running, and then you run. Get used to the realistic feel, play as if you were doing this in real life, and you'll be fine

Yeah. But see, that all depends on you.... and Killzone 2's updates. It's like for every update, it seems as though the x-axis, and y-axis change. Like the sensitivity is a little off. At least for me it is, so you might wanna try adjusting once in awhile, it'll help better your performance in-game, IMO
