Yes, I agree, it's not what our country can do for its people but vice versa. This is why we are persevering and continuously working hard towards the improvement of our society. Miriam exposed that other law makers are using their pork barrel to get kickbacks. She revealed that certain contractors approach certain officials and offer certain percentage. She abhors that. Her pork barrel mostly goes to public hospitals like the Phil. General Hospital, where most of the poor go to for free medication. In our country where there is no clear cut opposition, Miriam chose to support the good projects of the current administration & still exposes their anomalies if there are.
