it is easy to shut it down simply walk in the Task Manager and find a program called wscript.exe, and closes it (sorry bad english google translate)

example:

msgbox "you must really hate this!" ,0, "Windows Pwnage Message"

one last thing. I mean this in the least harmless way possible, but you might want to invest in a new mic haha
