ya that whole "completely believable" to "not at all believable" line is completely off. mine would have looked a lot different. this guy was obviously just trying to say what he knew everyone wanted to hear - and he didn't seem very sincere about it. typical corporate america. just my two cents. i'd rather go to a real pizza place that takes passion in their food - then some company that sets strict rules on how their pizza is made. and USUALLY - not always - hires little brats to work there.
@stlilc4 I totally agree! His apology sounded stiff - he was just saying what would sound like the right thing to say......basically a corporate public relations ploy and not a genuine apology. Most Domino's employees are nice, decent and intelligent people......but there are a small number of dumb, immature and rude asses working there as well (like the two who were fired in Conover,N.C. .
