  • I have studied history most of my adult life and it amazes me how little most know about it. You always find what a fight was about in what those who were on the losing side lost. In this case that isn't hard to find, it's WRITTEN in the Constitution. The ONLY demand made of the CSA in order to return to the Union was to ratify the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendment. That's it! The rest is pure Propaganda fed simple minded Farmers.

  • For those that say the United States of America was not founded on Christian principle, LISTEN TO THIS SONG YOU MORONS!!!!!!!!

  • @gkopacz ...hahaha...this cesspool was founded by pagans, deists, masons, illuminists, and luciferians....do your research man.

  • @mudsharkkiller Maybe, but the paperwork was done by Christians, how are we spose to have freedom of religion when our constitution was written in the point of view of a believer in monotheism.

  • @gkopacz Oh, lol, took me awhile to understand that, I thought you were saying the reverse. Look at our coins doubters 'In god we trust'

  • God bless this beautiful country...its not perfect...but its the closest thing this worlds come to the word perfect.....the Odds this country has faced before are incredible...God really does love this country...i will die protecting it and all in it.

  • I can tell you from personal experience that war SUCKS and it is tragic. I hope to never go back to war again. Yet, for you liberals out there, imagine (if you can) what this world would be like today if the US (and her allies) did not defeat the Nazis (just one example). Unfortunately, there are times in history (and the future) when "negotiation" will not work.

  • lol 1:35

  • the pacifist version, i'll pass and stay with the politically incorrect version

  • Cont 1

IF the South had wow, the landscape now would likely be very different. Surely more land grab wars would have followed in short order. Spain would have likely taken the entire West coast, Mexico woulld as it was before extend into what is now Texas and further North and West with France taking much of the Southern border states and the British moving down from Canada to take much of what's now the Midwest, and probably much of the East coast.

  • I wish we had a leader like Lincoln now. As Lincoln made crystal clear as written below his purpose was to hold the "union" ie country together. While the slavery issue might have been the 800 pound gorilla in the room, Lincoln would have allowed slavery if it meant avoiding a civil war. What Lincoln did not want and could not allow was for the then still young country to spilt apart into seperate enties. If that would have happened there would be a very different US today, if any at all.

  • Nice vid and great editing at the end!

  • Are you Mormon bro?

I do not believe it would help to save the Union. I shall do less whenever I shall believe what I am doing hurts the cause, and I shall do more whenever I shall believe doing more will help the cause. I shall try to correct errors when shown to be errors; and I shall adopt new views so fast as they shall appear to be true views. I have here stated my purpose according to my view of official duty; and I intend no modification of my of personal wish that all men everywhere could be free.

  • @willieofroanoke

Well you right there. The Civil War was not started by the Union over slavery.

  • Cont 1

    Cont 1

My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that. What I do about slavery, and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save the Union; and what I forbear,

  • You don't know your history at all. Lincoln said the following:

I would save the Union. I would save it the shortest way under the Constitution. The sooner the national authority can be restored; the nearer the Union will be "the Union as it was." If there be those who would not save the Union, unless they could at the same time save slavery, I do not agree with them. If there be those who would not save the Union unless they could at the same time destroy slavery, I do not agree with them

  • Pretty SICK to play a song praising God all the while you show one battle after another of men killing other men. You really think that is God's desire for mankind?

  • @willieofroanoke Clearly you don't know the history of the song. It was written in 1861 by Julia Ward Howe, a strong abolitionist, after she was moved by her visit to the Union army camp outside Washington DC. "His Truth" that she writes about is the decency to humankind, and in particular the freedom of all men. The song celebrates the march of Union armies as they fight to liberate American slaves. I have extended this (w/ hindsight) to include colonial British tyranny, Nazism, and Communism.

  • @thetruekingofnorway Don't try to give the crap I don't know the history of the song. It is this VIDEO that distorts the message. The civil war is only shown at the beginning. Then we have flash backs to every war, police action since all the while praising God, sending some half-ass message ain't killing wonderful. What a load of bullshit. Mankind hasn't learned a thing.

  • @thetruekingofnorway julia ward howe wrote the words to the battle hymn the music was already there the music is from the tune of john browns body,,,julia wrote different words to the tune of john browns body,,,

  • @thetruekingofnorway LOL!

You clearly don't know American history. Actually READ Lincoln's own words regarding the civil war and slavery and preserving the union. Just scroll down, you'll find where I posted it. There is no decency or honor in one guy butchering the other guy before he does it to you. That's what happens in every war. To think God appreciates the butchering regardless of reason or idoligy is quite absurd and goes counter to all religions.

  • @thetruekingofnorway Too bad the motive of the Civil War in 1861 wasn't to liberate slaves.

  • @LiberalJerseyman So what was the motive?

  • @thetruekingofnorway To bring back the South

  • @LiberalJerseyman And why did the South want to leave?

  • @thetruekingofnorway

with further hindsight you should include the pictures from Abu Ghraib and Marines urinating on the corpses of Afghans.

  • @petarphyle And why should I include these?

  • @thetruekingofnorway to illustrate the tyranny of Pax Americana, and don't forget to throw in Ruby Ridge and the slaughter at Waco

  • @petarphyle You illustrate the beauty of Pax Americana, for only within Pax do events like these create an uproar, events that would otherwise pass unnoticed outside it. While gross abuses of humanity happen across the world - political suppression via violence in Syria, genocide in Sudan, slavery in Mauritania, sex-trafficking in Myanmar, etc - the world decides to make 4 urinating US Marines their headline. Without the promise Pax provides, there is no uproar and no case to be had. (cont'd...)

  • @petarphyle (cont’d) You wave a standard. Yet, how can you hold Pax to that standard if it wasn't there to begin with (for tyranny has no standard)? You try exposing the US as something else. You charge hypocrisy. But that ALL these events ended in serious federal trials tells us you are wrong, that the US is no hypocrite - that misconduct is unacceptable. The world sees this, and if Pax is the tyranny you say it is, why do so many people turn first to Pax for aid, as recent as Libya last year?

  • @thetruekingofnorway the four Marines will be charged, but they are the little cogs in the wheel. What about the President who sent his fellow Americans to die for lies? Is he not more culpable?

You speak of other countries such as Sudan, Syria are they invading other countries and urinating on corpses?

The "serious federal trials" on Ruby Ridge and Waco...do a search for a Lon Horiuchi and his role in both events and the sham of the trials.

  • @petarphyle You illustrate my point. Rather than condemn Syria and Sudan, you brush them aside, ignoring horrible crimes against humanity, cuz they have no standard. But Pax has a moral standard, and when it's violated the world cries foul. Even 1 mishap, tiny to the horrors elsewhere, is enough to condemn Pax. But if Pax is already criminal as you suggest, why then do Pax's sins stand out so loudly while millions starving in Darfur and violence in Damascus pass quietly by, even in your posts?

  • @thetruekingofnorway I suggest you read my previous post again and this time pay special attention to "Sudan, Syria are they invading other countries and urinating on corpses?"

THAT is why Pax Americana sins stand out by the hypocrisy of offering "freedom" by humiliating the civilian populations of whatever countries that happen to be invade.

You can play that stirring music as loud as you want but its not shutting out the screams of the innocents.

  • @petarphyle I read every post thoroughly before I reply and if you have the moral high ground, why do you imply that Sudan and Syria are pardonable so long so they aren't invading? Is this your standard? And if it's freedom by humiliation, why do so many countries call to us? How do you explain Saudi Arabia's request for US troops to safeguard Islam's holiest land? The Libyan rebels request for military aid? Ukraine and Georgia's plea to enter NATO? According to whay you know is true, you can't.

  • @willieofroanoke Hitler wasn't defeated by a bunch of hippies chanting "hey hey ho ho Hitler's got to go!"

  • quite frankly, we see in war that we are mortal, and it does say in the bible that God is a God of war. BUT he is also a god of redemption, men chose war over redemption.

  • @willieofroanoke But it's a 'Battle Hymn'.

  • @weedsmokerweed Bit of an oxymoron, isn't it?

  • @willieofroanoke no greater gift than a man give his life for another. whether in Vietnam or at Gettysburg or on D-Day and the Twin Towers. perhaps someday you will understand.

  • I still believe America is a righteous nation...may God continue to bless her.

  • 1:37 ambush from both sides firing inwards and not one american goes down from friendly fire!

  • Lordy Be! Thank you from a simple country woman browsing the net. You've done a wonderful job and I'm proud of you.

  • What helped America win its independance from the British:

    The French

The Prussian General Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben

I hope the Americans honour their help.

  • @Tw4tz0r I agree with you, but the most significant reason Americans won their independence was due to the devotion to the cause of liberty, and the willingness of Patriots to sacrifice the last full measure of their devotion to achieve victory. As Thomas Paine wrote, "Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered. yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph." - Crisis 1. I wish Americans today were so dedicated to these beliefs.

  • russia, england australia, all this talk about what these countries did to win the war.dont you realize that all the countries were using american equipment loaned to us as lend lease.a lot of allied merchant seamen died taking supplies tou murmansk and the russians wouldnt let them off the ships when they arrived.take a look at the uniforms worn by nearly all armis.we in australia just had a vote when the president offered to put marines in darwin 80% of us voted yes

  • Wow awsome lil glitchy but awsome nun the less o and Pistol Vs Tank Tipical BattleField moments ^^ liked and faved ^^

  • nvm its like 4:10-4:14

  • haha 4:14-4:17 was pretty epic.

  • what a shame evil must be destroyed by the lives the good. As long as there are three people on this planet, two will fight or make war............... disgusting

  • @metathus. BUHAHAHA. "im far too drunk to answer". LMFAO!!!! He says that because he realized then that CANADA SUCKS BIG FAT HORSE BALLS!!!!! Do you know why Americans hate Canadians?? Because when its time for them to stick their head up out of their mommas bra they run away with their dick shrivled up between their legs!!! Fucking pussie!!

  • "Sweet America, this is your President, John Henry Eden..."

  • @Rotavator06 "When I was a kid, we had this thing called - baseball"

  • @Rotavator06 let me tell you...about my Dog, Honey..

  • @Rotavator06 I thumbed you up so you can stay top comment. You literally made me laugh out loud. :D

  • @Rotavator06 hahaha SIKE! THis is Three Dog!!!....

  • @Rotavator06 Wave, upon traitorous, will crash against the enclave's walls! The Brotherhood of Steel will fail. All those who oppose the Enclave will fail. I am President John Henry Eden, and this is my pledge: No one, No one! Will take this great nation away from me! God Bless the Enclave. God Bless America.

  • @Rotavator06 I bless the USA for their fighting spirit. A spirit a lot of Europeans do not understand. They got rid of the British and fought their country free. I adore this spirit and it would be good for us Europeans to stay side by side with the Americans, they are great. If just the polititians had the same opinion. I am Swiss by the way.

  • what movie was that with the civil war in it?

  • @Lubotsulat Most of it is from "Gettysburg", but a few of the scenes may be from "Gods and Generals".

  • Brillaint stuff,

    The free man...

    Love to all.

  • can i quote you Bra23? loved what ya said!

  • Powerful cowards the united states. A bunch of mountain kids kicked em out of vietnam with their tanks and helicopters and now a bunch of desert kids in the east are runnin just cause they don't all have supertechnological hitech weapons.

The sad part is, no matter how hard they kick your ass, you turn it into glorious victorious movies so expensive that a single one could feed a nice piece of africa. Pardon me, dear armed patriots, but america sucks hard.

  • @ElKilla1993 soccer player (football) players in Europe could feed those starving in Africa too,USA sends the most food to Africa and a great part of it is stolen by islamic murderous rebels killing people with Chinese and Russian made rifles. Outrageous bailouts of over paid government workers as a result of a typical failure of a socialist plan,as such money in part could feed those that starve. China withall the cash could easily help, but china is not a considerate government

  • @ElKilla1993 You're right about everything...except ....WHY do we have to feed Africa?? I have a (work my ass off 6 or 7 days a week) hard time even paying rent and heating bills here(and) feeding my family; why would I or even the rest of the world worry about Africa?I'm an average American and I dont have money to give extra for those things(and TAXES I pay:We all have NOTHING to do with how it is SPENT) Go ahead and BEAT UP Americans... I dont give a Damn anymore

  • @ClintL63 You may call me a dirty racist or a really strange hippie, but there are two ways to think of this. One way is they fight for their survival and the second is if you don't help them they'll come steal apart your country since there's nothing left to live on in theirs.

  • pussy

  • United States was born under the sign of freedom. The death sentence 2 days ago in Giorgia killed the dream of freedom. Poor Usa.

  • The way is prepared to end our wars and the misery of slavery to employment. God is against debt, interest, insurance and seeking riches and honors. Our culture is wrong. "He (God) is sifting out the hearts of men before His judgment-seat". "War is Hell" is not just a saying to those who experienced it. It is the wrath of God poured out on BOTH sides because they would not settle their questions and grievances with the WRITTEN word of God. The way is prepared to change that.

  • early american flag was really cool

  • Hey can you tell me what movies you used?

  • May I ask where you got those clips of the american revolution? were they from a movie? if they were I would like to watch it... May i have the name of the movie?

  • @nerdsconfederacy I know that one. The movie is The Patriot (made in the year 2000)

  • @nerdsconfederacy I know that one. The movie is The Patriot

  • @nerdsconfederacy The movie is the Patriot.

  • @ScotishChristian thanks! ima go see if i can find that movie right away...

  • Don't forget about Irans contributions during the American Revolutionary war.

  • @douloteros Is that do to you hate people Osama terizod people he killed people i know where Obama is he never went into hideing like a little rat Osama was scared he is weak and now he is dead he burns in hell along with Hitler and Bin laden to support Osama is to support mass killings. he is no man but a rat if people were dieing for me i would turn my self in and stop the killing he hide in a other country where we couldnt reach him but we did so F you for even thinking that comenet was okay.

  • If anyone watches this and does not feel a lump in their throat, or chills, or tears, then they are not human. For the 61 who "dislikes" I can only shake my head in wonder and amazement. But, not knowing why you chose to dislike, I will only say it is because of those of us who have served, and especially those who gave their lives, that you can post your thoughts. I served.

  • @speedviper47 those 61 were either al qaeda or russians

  • @prussianjaeger13 Or just people who have a different opinion about a tune. Is that not allowed in the land of the free any more.

  • I'm italian but let me say: God bless America! Beautiful Land of Freedom!

    Bye,

    Francesco

  • @paperino1984 freedom...right, haha!

  • @metathus Which place is more free than America? China? Colombia? Afghanistan?

  • @MetalSights Canada.

  • @metathus Canada? good choice! Now, tell me friend, in what way is Canada more free?

  • @metathus Yes, please tell us in what way is Canada so much more free?

  • @okjoek1 Im far too drunk at this point

  • @metathus

    Over your hangover, drunky?

Good! Gotta keep that genius brain of yours intact.

Now, how is Canada more free?

  • @MetalSights fuck you I dont need to answer you. If you cant see that the american people are slaves then you are blind

  • @metathus "Waaah I pissed my pants and now I need a diaper change, I don't need to answer to you waaah"

alright, that's fine with me, it's a free country. Have a good day, bro

  • @metathus Slaves? Last i looked the government works for me, and i lead quite a comfortable life.

  • @XxxSakura101 ah yes, zinoist brainwashing at its finest right here.

  • @metathus Canada is full of asians:(

  • this version is beyond blasphemous. if you are going to do it do it with the gusto intended. The English did perfect versions at Churchill's funeral and right after 9/11. This is pathetic. Very carnival-esque. SHAME.

  • lol @ jeulous people come on American youtube videos to talk down :D they are such sad people

  • very patriotic...

  • great!

  • @F8TLxSki11z America won many battles because of their allies not by their own

  • @Napoleon74578 If America's victories are BECAUSE of its allies, then what did the allies need Americans for? F8TLxSki11z asserts American power, and he is correct. Look back as recent as UN action in Libya last spring, in which Britain and France sought the American military as the vanguard, if not the primary actor, in subduing Qaddafi. That Libyan rebels also turned 1st to America for help should tell us something. The world sees and knows that the US is a powerful nation.

  • @thetruekingofnorway the US are teh vanguard cos if u put them behind you they will just shoot you by mistake

  • @thetruekingofnorway untill you get you'r head in a noose and Canada has to bail your asses out

  • @thetruekingofnorway yeah but as soon as america's economy collapses, the us well be vulnerable to attack thus coming to the fall of the us

  • @thetruekingofnorway we never lost a war and never will, were known as devils and all fear us OORAH

  • @exmusician You've never lost a war eh....what about Vietnam?

  • @MrMorrison446 Vietnam wasn't a victory, to be sure, but it wasn't a defeat. What we lost was the war at home. If you lose the confidence of the people, you can't possibly win. But we were not defeated, to be sure.

  • @TheCollinLEfty But we left Vietnam without winning that makes it a loss and you can't blame the people for what the millitary lost.

  • @MrMorrison446 A true statement, but the military didn't lose. They had an extremely high kill to death ratio and quickly recovered from the Tet Offensive, turning it into a disaster for the VC and NVA forces. But the citizens, seeing that the VC and NVA were not "finished", as they had been told, and were capable of going on the offensive, so they called for a withdrawal, which they eventually went through with. At no point did the military have a war changing defeat.

  • @MrMorrison446 Vietnam was a draw

  • @thetruekingofnorway maybe because britain and france knew that americans could be the cannonfodder and after they had done some damage the brits would of came in but americans have always been cannonfodder look at vietnam and the pacific and they redefined trench warfare in the revolution so america at times can be pussies

  • @TheKingy19 What? Other than after II Corps was defeated at Kasserine Pass, I don't know of any instances where the British had to go help the Americans. But they did try to use them as cannon fodder; Roscoe C Blunt and his company were under heavy MG fire from a nearby bunker, and when they radioed in for tanks,a British voice came on the speaker, saying: "send in more infantry, they can be replaced." And we do things of our own accord, no other country tells US what to do.Your info is polluted

  • @thetruekingofnorway Yes, but the USA would never be a powerful nation if not for the help of its allies during ww1 and ww2 and even farther back during the revolution when france sent soldiers to help the rebels free the slaves.

  • @TheSchafer78 the other thing that makes me mad about armchair warriors is statements like THIS "during the revolution when france sent soldiers to help the rebels free the slaves."

Dude> really ? > the Rebels Free the Slaves? What? you drunk ?

  • @SuperChuckRaney No, I was just really really tired. I posted it at 2:00 am or something stupid like that. Its sometimes hard for me to keep my facts straight when Im that tired.

  • @TheSchafer78 france never sent troops to help rebels free slaves in the united states. you're confused. france thought about helping the confederacy during the civil war, but never actually sent troops. also if they were helping the south, by the time Lincoln made it the objective of the war to end slavery, they would have been doing the opposite. France did send troops during the revolution, but their intent was not to help free slaves, as slavery continued for 70years at least in the south.

  • The reason the USA's victories are because of its allies is because the allies sent supplies, reinforcements, and also because the gaurded the US from different fronts. While the americans were taking back italy the Canadians, British, Russians, Australians and few others that I cant remember were pushing into france, germany, poland.

  • @TheSchafer78 you need to make yourself a TIME LINE and put some dates on it for the various "other fronts" of which there were a lot.

Everyone played a role in the push against Hitler> take out the USA and the whole war looks differently, SAME for other countries.

Take out Canada and several Battles would have to be fought by someone else.

EVERY NATION had SOMETHING to do with the War, even if it was simply selling coffee beans.

  • @TheSchafer78 in an address to Congress in 1948, President Truman stated the United States spent $341,000,000,000 in World War II.

Of course the Allies sent STUFF to us, we also sent STUFF to them.

the USA Victories are because we MANNED UP, not because we had help.

Of Course we had help, that is what Allies DO

the Allies Victories > we helped them on those ALSO. Statements like yours always make me mad, if only because it is an attempt to ARMCHAIR Warrior the War to OUR CURRENT WISHES.

  • @thetruekingofnorway He said many. Not all.

  • @thetruekingofnorway Ah, but that's Modern American Military. No one would disagree that America spends the most of it's budget on it's military, and has a strong force because of it. But look at the past. WW II The Allies won V-E largely in part to Russian action, Germany's lines being spread too thin, and several other countries lending their strength. We became the strongest country in existence mostly in part to foreign support during the Revolutionary War. He's right, just over-simplified.

  • @frozenmentality Although, at myself, we also won V-E because American Patriotism and Support for the war was at 200%, with women working the factories, products being scrapped for military use, and a large portion of men serving in the military.

  • @thetruekingofnorway

You're right. America is a powerful nation.

    Perhaps the most poweful.

So why is it that no-one wants them in their country anymore?

What has destroyed the worlds love affair with America?

  • @Bra23we12 People have to blame someone for their problems. 6 billion people want to come to America. Majority of world loves us.

  • @HDNighster1

People want to live in America so they can have a better life. You're confusing that with love for Americans.

When you see a fat old guy in a sports car....you don't want to be the fat old guy.....you just want the sports car.

  • @Bra23we12 No, you are confused. They love us for what we stand for and what we have, not necessarily individuals.

  • @Bra23we12 interesting..as I travel, and I have for years, I have not ever come across anyone that has the dislike of which you speak. I do know that much of Europe is secular and the USA has 80% of its population whith a belief in God.This does make some folks nervous. Most folks that make the visit to USA, do discover the excitement of America and its diversity under the United States Constitution,Radical Islam hates USA and its people inpart because of that diversity, rad islam is cursed

  • @starview1

Dislike is too strong a word. Nobody could "dislike" America. Nor could they dislike an American simply for being American.

People are people. Some are good and.... some aren't. We each stand or fall upon our own merits.

That's how it is with people.

Countrys are different. They aren't the sum of their good or bad....or an averaging of either.

Americans can be "good"......whilst America can be "bad"....or vice versa.

I could have my best friend live with me....and resent it.

  • @Bra23we12 I think it's more of a dislike of parts of American culture, politics and foreign policy. Europe in general is massively opposed to what was perceived as imperialism in Iraq. People do tend to have a dislike of countries, whether that be for historical of cultural reasons. The perception of Americans in the European press is of a sort of arrogant patriotism which oversteps into exceptionalism. I don't really know how that stems into reality, not having been myself since I was 8.

  • @JoeJones3001

Thanks. A lucid response. It gave me pause for thought.

Perhaps the resentment of American influence felt throughout Europe stems more from the disconnect between Americas stated ideals and it's performance of foreign policy.....than from simple like/dislike of a country.

    But then....no-one likes a hypocrite.

Perhaps America should be more like Australia.....Say what you want and don't give a damm.....and then do it.

I'm also not feeling myself.....but then.... I'm asexual.

  • @thetruekingofnorway Dont be so cocky my friend,Im an American, but denying other's contribution to the many victories is a disgraceful thing to do for such a beautiful country, its not whether if U.S needs its allies or vise versa, its about them needing eachother, like a bullet and a rifle, people will argue saying that the bullet killed the man,but others will say that it is because the rifle shot the bullet that killed the man,but in the end they both worked together to kill the man, viva republic

  • @Jake4595 I never denied allied contributions. Read it again, please. What I've done is reasserted America's contribution, which has been under attack numerous times here, without saying or suggesting that the coalitions played little to no role. There's a growing desire to shrink America's part in both World Wars, but to do so ignores not only the fact that the Allies were intensely eager, both times, for the US to enter the war, but also WHY they wanted it. I have written only to that end.

  • @Jake4595 Thank you! Its not about "Im better and you suck" its about one country/nation helping another!

  • @thetruekingofnorway haha looking back how early newborn america held off british, now we are a great powerful nation.

  • @Napoleon74578 Wich ones?

  • @Napoleon74578 was America not the main force in Afghanistan and Iraq or Vietnam i would like to tell you when American joined in world war 2 Britain became more of a junior partner think befor you comment next time

  • your out of your damn mind for example nobody is in the war in afghan and iraq but america and the taliban but were kicking their ass

  • @Napoleon74578 So we won the revolutionary war, the cival war, and the cold war on our own? Let me tell you something. We entered the wars for FREEDOM not because we wanted to dominate the world. Not because we knew we'd get immediate help from our allies. The US joined WWII because Japan attacked them, not for any other reason. True America got help from it's allies, BUT if America hadn't have invaded on D-Day, what would France and Britain be? Think about that for a bit.

  • @vidgmrjoe

I'm not being an American basher or anything, but the Revolutionary War was joined operation between, The French Empire,The Spanish Empire, Dutch Republic, Few Native American Tribes and of course The British Colonials (What we now call Americans). You did not win the Revolutionary War on your own.

Britain would of eventually won the war against Germany, with Russia' help of course. We won the Battle of Britain and Britain had taken control of the skies, but don't forget...

  • @ThePatrickUK

Britain was fighting a war on it's own against Germany and it's allies. We would eventually won,but in a longer period of time.

But back to the topic in hand, most great nations have allies and go to war with them that is how warfare works, it's foolish not to have allies.

Look at the British Empire it controlled pretty much the world, and was a superpower yet we had many allies.

Britain had the Prussians Vs Napoleon when Duke Wellington thrashed his arse.

  • @ThePatrickUK True haha.. Sorry I just feel like I need to stand up for country when I hear this song. I wasn't trying to start a fight and you're right, America has had alot of help from their allies. :)

  • @Napoleon74578 america would have fueled themselves fully in ww2. england would have fallen due to attrition if america didnt help. more jews would have died if america didnt help. but why the fuck are we arguing about this? we united, and together, we defeated evil. were all citizens of the earth, love, dont hate

  • @Napoleon74578 and england is one of their allies :)

  • america can defeat any army the technology we have the man-power the vehicle other countries cant stand up to us. God bless the America

  • yeah ok so russia lost more men than every other country in the war, but no russia actually had defences that would have lasted a week at max, also, america obviously wasnt invicible, they didnt get dday right, and lost thousands, they couldnt keep their airborne divisions together when they dropped, and they let the japenese bomb pearl harbor and only shot down, what 20 japenese aircraft, so america had their fair share of defeats to

  • @odstguy89 Well since YOUR country had to pull back at Dunkirk, lost the Battle of France, nearly were defeated in North Africa, and would have lost the Battle for Britain if the Germans had continued to bomb airfields instead of civilian targets, I wouldn't say you guys did well AT ALL. The US lost, what, about 4 months of supplies at Pearl Harbor at the most, and lost the Philippines, only to regain it a few years later, what what? Tell me of another campaign the US lost after that, what ho?

  • Battle of Wake island

    Battle of the Coral Sea

Battle of the Dutch east indies

    Battle of the Aleutian Islands

    Kasserine

    Kasserine pass

Operation Market Garden was also a us defeat

they let there soldiers not only die of being shot at and blown up but let their own soldiers freeze during the battle of the buldge, i can give more defeats from other wars as well if you like but lets kepp with WW2

they lost the race to berlin as well,so you arent really invincible are u haha

  • Battle of Wake island 1941 Battle of the Coral Sea 1941 Battle of the Dutch east indies 1941 Battle of the Aleutian Islands 1942 Kasserine 1943 Kasserine pass 1943 Operation Market Garden was also a US defeat 1944 they let there soldiers not only die of being shot at and blown up but let their own soldiers freeze during the battle of the buldge in 1944 Berlin- you couldnt capture it 1945 Guam 1941 balikpapan 1942 ambon 1942 bella lavella 1943 do you want more ok ill give more
  • @odstguy89 We didnt lose the battle of the Bulge, and Operation MArket GArden was a British plan carried out by mostly British troops, and it was decided we wouldn't take Berlin as it was estimated we would lose around 250k soldiers taking it so Eisenhower said stop at the Elbe. Haha its almost funny that you took so much time pissing about my comment and looking up on Google "US defeats of WWII." W aren't and weren't invincible, of course, as we had defeats, but we DID mostly win our campaigns

  • heres some more

Tassafronga- 1942, you couldnt take it back

    renell island 1943

    santa cruz 1942

    tunis 1943

    sid bou zid 1943

operation queen 1944 failed 10 minutes into it

so, you cant really talk can you m8

  • @odstguy89

Market Garden was high risk from the get go, that American AND British commanders planned. Can't plan for an entire Panzer Division to happen to be area. (Not to mention British losses were much higher than American.)

Kasserine and Kasserine Pass were due to inexperience. We didn't expect to fight YOUR war, especially when we were greeted with Brits that had superiority issues.

We won during The Battle of the Bulge?

  • @odstguy89

Tunis was a British fight. Americans took Bizerte.

The British didn't do much to the Siegfried Line either, bud.

The British and French wanted Berlin more than we did. We just made sure the Soviets didn't keep moving west.

Battle of Wake Island? Really? US Forces were retardedly outnumbered during an attack we didn't expect. Meanwhile, and the French and British get their asses handed to them at Dunkirk, even though their equipment was far superior to German equipment...

  • @RaininBullets187 Isn't he a buffoon? The more I hear British people talk the less impressed I become. And for all the US shortcoming when Wake Island was under attack, they made the Japanese pay for it dearly, and blew up I believe a destroyer and a couple landing craft with TWO shore guns.

  • @TheCollinLEfty

Yup, I think the Japanese lost a little over 1200 men in that fight.

  • @odstguy89 Excuse me while I point out you are stating battles, not campaigns, as the outcome of every US campaign of World War 2 was a victory, save, yet again, the Philippines, and we didn't lose the Battle of the Coral Sea, we just lost a bigger aircraft carrier than the Japanese, we didn't lose the battle for Tunis, we were just pushed back hard at Kasserine Pass. And there wasn't a Battle for all the Aleutians, it was just on one island, and we took it back. And the Battle of Bulge wasnt

  • what history book did you read? Dr. Seuss history? dumb ass get off my youtube.

    shwy23 3 days ago

your only writing that, because your to stupid to go look at the minor details that helped america achieve the victory it wanted, and im not saying america did nothing, because im extremely grateful im not being forced to learn german and worship a nazi loving jew gassing maniac, im happy they joined because it gives me a choice, and no offence germans about yer language

  • Thank you USA for liberating France

  • Sounds like Nazi propoganda still trying to make America seem little before their already beaten and defunct cult.

If America had not attacked Japan in the Far East during WW2 Hitler would have taken Russia. But then again you didn't figurethe Far East into the equation for America's contribution either did you?

America led the fight on D-Day but you forget about that as well dont you? only remembering what you want to think as well as trying to make your mental state seem less deficient.

  • @drysonbennington look sorry to reign on yer almighty parade, the americans were at war with japan before the japenese knew, they fought with the chinese in chinese aircraft with chinese symbols on them, britain, and australia also fought in the pacific and far east campaigns, and canada was the country that broke through the rhine and helped get the americans and british through to berlin, and russia beat the germans back before, and germany didnt pull troops back to fight america

    because

  • @drysonbennington the germans didnt need to pull troops form russia to africa, the germans had italy and vichy france to help, canada helped both the americans and british get to the rhine and berlin by breaking through the germans, and austalia, britain and free french forces also fought in the pacific and middle east, so please dont make the americnas look like they saved the world, because the chances are youll be wrong so i hope that screwed up your facts so go read the history books

  • this vid made me cry

  • @odstguy89 what history book did you read? Dr. Seuss history? dumb ass get off my youtube.
