I have never heard of anyone wearing a mask so that they don't rust their strings, it just isn't logical because strings should be replaced long before they rust (and I'm not even sure if strings can rust...). She probably just doesn't want all of youtube to see her whole face. Or she thinks it looks cool. Who knows?
