In her summary she states its an all natural birth, that can include no clothes, besides, sometimes the mothers want to suckle the babies immediately, also when they rest the newborn on the mothers chest, skin on skin, its a bonding experience. i don't have kids, but even i can figure that one out.
(and you'd scream too if you had something the size of a watermelon coming out an opening the size of a lemon!) :-D
Yes I did hear that yelling takes energy from pushing but you were just trying to get through the contractions. My hats off to you because medicine has spoiled us to fear natural child birth and you were able to get through it. I'm proud of women like you!!!
