I enjoyed this vid! I think we are a lot alike! You are the second female that I have met, aside from myself, that actually prefers the term actor over actress! I agree. Actress limits the rolls you can take! Even my drama teacher was always trying to correct me when I called myself an actor!
I too care a great deal about the environment! I use cloth diapers on my baby and the like...I am not filling the landfill with all that stuff that takes 900 years to decompose!
Seriously--actress not only limits roles, but really, what other art group has a feminine form? It's because women weren't allowed to act for so long, and actress, in those days, was a demeaning term. I think just using the general term is a sign of advancement. Actress is only needed for award shows ^_^.
