It's a place called Rio Gordo in spain - we went there for a weeks training holiday - was really beutiful and pretty remote - so very peaceful. Thanks for watching. CM
if this is lifting the sky chi gong mvenment then the hands should be turned outwards facing the sky , breah in to the dan tain on tos and release slowly to relaxed stance and nourish chi before starting next mvenment, and repeat...
