Nobody gives money to one or another person. People work for money with their own hands. Only a flat tax is just. You know why? It doesn't matter how much you earn, you should pay the same percentage, because such a system already makes the amount of tax people pay different depending on how much they earn. For example, with a 10% tax those who earn &1000 will pay more than those who earn &100. Progressive taxation results from resentment and envy.
