Making with milk the buns turn to more white colour, I saw my father always make with water so I did the same also my old camera flash light was weak so the buns look yellow :-)
I am living in Bremen. And you? I am from HK, but my bf is German! He likes HK foods, becoz he lived HK before. And some foods we cant buy in here! Thats why I try to make it by myself.
I have been a chef for 15 years, and even had the pleasure of living and training in Hong Kong & the Philippines. Props on the excellent vids showing people that "chinese restaurant food" is NOT authentic chinese food. The flavors don't compare to the real thing.

can the salad oil for the dough be replaced with olive oil? and can the corn flour be replaced with potato flour?
