It was a song produced for radio play, more of an anthem. Not in any way a reflection of style that this band plays at all times. This is one of the songs that in fact, actually helped the group reach a higher level of exposure, and helped them break out of that "religious" scene, into something more than that. Just saying, I've heard worse.

I'm atheist. If the lyrics are good, their good, religious, or not, it's about displaying a message in an effective way. Being a guitarist, I'm more about instrumentation than lyrics, so unless the message is completely outlandish, I honestly couldn't care less. I never knew this was a Christian band until checking out the comments, but to be honest, this song seems like nothing more than a collection of cheesy rock cliches strung together over a couple alternative riffs. But that's subjective.

I have been hoping that someone would intensify on video or at a concert the beat when the word rockfist are spoken and guitar and drums played ... Throw up your Rawkfist ( Boom boom) if your felling it rock this (boom boom) boom boom is the sound when the rock hits... I was disappointed at warehouse church not enough boom or tap on the wooden floor during the concert. as I hear the song the first time I turned up the base and imagined a crowd making such a big boom on the floor in a mosh style

to discern between music with
"creative integrity" and music that, well - sucks.
