I may not have known Spanish Lake long, but from my birth in 1991 until my grandma moved out of there about 13 years later, I was raised there. When I was a kid, it was so fun! I remember being able to go outside alone and walking over to the hall where grandpa was playing bingo. Grandma and I used to be outside all day and night. Towards the end of them living there, it got bad. I couldn't go outside by myself, places were closing all around, cops were always on their street, and crime was bad.
I'll preface this by stating what should be obvious. People of all colors are capable of understanding how western society functions. Now lets get to the trend.
What is this trend? It is a statistic regarding race, intelligence and society. The argument goes that a being of lesser intelligence cannot form decisions nor observations appropriate for a high function society. As this being continues to make decisions, it continues making the wrong decisions until it causes itself or others harm.
This will be the story of the entire country in about twenty more years. White Flight is actually White Survival, and Public Housing is Planned Genocide.
