Klingon is a devious octopus who has a vast empire of the air that calls itself "non-profit" when it does make a profit selling merchandise. It should not be entitled to the 6 percent gift that the whorish State of Minnesota congress gave him. He should give it back. He should not even be operating radio stations. MPR is a for-profit organization calling itself a non-profit organization. The FCC should look into this and consider revoking MPR holding licenses to broadcast.
