  • i wanna slap the shit out of my penis wen i listen to this

  • i wanna slap the shit outta 36 people

  • OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH so fucking good!!! KOOL KEITH! BEST RAPPER!

  • Kool Keith is one of the most amazing rappers ever and been around forever Mf Doom is one of the most amazing rappers and amazing producers NONE OF THEM ARE WACK

  • i love kool keith, but needs better beats

  • @93tcarroll this beat is impeccable dude

  • @93tcarroll DIS BEAT IS FIRE

  • Nothing to say! but turn it up!

  • Kool Keith is the best rapper alive! Everyone else can drown in an ocean of nut.

  • I love DOOM and Keith... so im just gonna pretend this track doesn't exist.

  • Keith over Doom, I mean cmon

  • i dont think this is a diss to mf doom. i think hes just sayin that he influenced doom which is fair enough. to all the people out there that are tryin to claim doom isnt a good emcee...DONT BE SO FUCKIN STUIPID.

  • listen to Dr Doom "Leave me alone" and learn somthing

  • 2 thumbs up for this track you corny ass white boys

  • KOOL KEITH + MASK = DR DOOM in 1995

mf doom + mask = keiths style in the 90's

  • MF DOOM GOTS COOL BEATS BUT HE CANT OUT RYME KEITH. KEITH WILL BACK UP WHAT HE SAYS. IF YOU REAL ANALYZE THE DECADES, YOU WILL SEE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STYLE THAT IS UNMATCHABLE

  • I put a condom on and fuck my cash!... Aint nobody dooz betta... Mr. Nogatco bitch!

  • yawn, Kool Keith's highlights are Dr. Octagon from 96' a jewel of rap and those are dan the automator's beats, and The Prodigy's Diesel Power and that's the best Kool Keith would ever do. Dick Towel was funny tho.

DOOM himself is outstanding, Madvillain is the law, Viktor Vaughn is perfect for those into dark electronics.. Dangerdoom one of the best colabs ever in the history of music.. I can tell a lot of shit must people know alredy..

I'm surprised Keith wrote this piece of shit lyrics

  • Are you talking about where he says "beginners piss in doom's face"? Cause that's not a diss, it sounds like he's dissing whack MCs who try to copy MF Doom's style.

  • All context of ANY beef behind, why does it seem like EVERY SINGLE diss track ever made has absolute shit beats playing in the background? I swear, EVERY ONE has such a shit production.

  • if I heard this rap from anyone but Kool Keith I would say it sounded shitty and had no flow

  • Doom comes no where near Kool Keith... real talk.

  • Kool Keith is a great rapper but the MF Doom diss was a fuck up. The only good thing about this song is the beat.

  • lol wack diss doom shits all over keith lyrically, theres not many other mc's that can write rhymes like doom

  • @papaproduction no shit, even poets like Mos Def and Talib Kweli cant even get close to DOOM, peace

  • @Zitroneengel and you are another idiot

  • love keith and all, but he prob think my crew rippin him off too XD lmao

cause apparently keith invented the gimmick of having a gimmick.. pfft

and if this is a diss.. where is the diss lines besides the opening.

  • word tho keith is only stating where the style originated all he says is dooms name yall need to stop trippin hes just sayin who originated that multi persona abstarct style

  • no way can doom fuck with keith ever in any way i seen keith live 30 minute freestyles going off most rediculous skills ever keith is rap

  • @Mohammets Man thank you! I've Been sayin and thinkin the same hit about is "flo" in this song, good to see someone else can see that. Props yo!!

  • I know his flow isn't 100% smooth, but it's not supposed to be. He knows how to do that. This flow is nasty. The words/imagery are nasty and the flow is off-time, just like that nasty ass beat. This song is funkier than Courtney Love's vagina. MF DOOM has never done anything like that.

If you don't get it, you need to go and buy an MC Hammer record or some Will Smith. Go to the Disney store and get your fucking MF DOOM records.

  • KEITH been my mc since ultramagnetic. DOOM has been my mc since mm food.if KEITH goes hard he can compete.DOOM is real hot right now.DOOM would most likely burn him.remember tho keith created all that loony shit.

  • "I put a condom on and fuck my cash" might be the best line I've heard from keith in forever

  • weak diss. if hes gonna diss DOOM he should come harder than this.

  • "get off the computer and grab a wash cloth 4 ya foggy forehead grab the natural organic and wipe it off" thats tight

  • @itson187umkilla699 I wonder if he's dissing MF Doom and his concept of special herbs.

  • No way is Doom better than Keith ....best Rapper yeah on what part of the Earth !! Alliteration dont make a good verse just decorative nonsense. Only alliterative emcees that can be rated are G.Rap and the late Pun. Even Percee P would mess up Doom. Keith was doing alliteration yrs ago that style dead in the water. Doom needs to change his flow oh as for Keith rhymes ? he is being lazy on Tashan Dorsett he rhymes are good and his music way better than Dooms. Madlib forget the mutated jazz. lol

  • @coolcaazz

doom's flow was garbage after doomsday. it's like he forgot how to rap. his lyrics are incredibly weak too.

  • @coolcaazz Hey dude what are you talking about?? Madlib's jazz is fucked up great it's either you like that music or not. As for Doom, he's untouchable in his own style. Keith n Doom is like apples n oranges man. Both great MC's who created styles like no other. Ultramag best group out there.

  • @desbiens14

mf doom created NO new style. stop perpetrating that fraud.

  • Why Kieth why? Kool Keith dissing DOOM are you that high? No way you stunt on MF DOOM. He's the best rapper to grace the universe.

I'm still a Kool Keith fan but lost some respect for him. Andre 3000 diss I understand though. He's overrated.

  • @cloudparter

ridiculous. you obviously have no idea about hiphop.

  • @nem700 you obviously have your head too far up Keith's ass, an artist who's records doesnt stand the test of time for shit. Keith relased to many bad records to consider him an important emcee, DOOM can release an album every 4 or 5 years and you'll know it would be even better than the last one. this song is whack and has no heart.

  • @Zitroneengel

it's a matter of taste. I only fuck with the first doom album and the song he did with mf grimm in the early 90s. apart from that, he's corny and dull. keith has the consistency, the rhymes, creativity, the humour, the entertainment and value for money. to each his own, if you like doom better, good for you. this song in my opinion is better than anything doom has done for 10 years.

  • @nem700 Exactly.......keith has all of the above. He is a true entertainer. MF doom just makes tight beats...........................thats it, beats. No good or exciting interviews. Keith is a PERFORMING ARTIST

  • @Zitroneengel what are you talking about ??? mr. nogatco aka kool keith aka dr.doom aka octagon ONE FUCKING PERSON.

  • @nem700 No you don't think so? Then go to my channel then lets see you talk. This song sucks I'm not even gonna be nice anymore. The beat is terrible the flow sucks and the lyrics are horri-awful.

This coming from a huge DOOM AND Keith fan. But this is a horrible song and not just cause he disses one of the best in the game.

  • @cloudparter are you an IDIOT ???

  • @crackheadjoe1984 No but you are.

  • @cloudparter i 100% agree

  • The greatest diss track of all time, long live King Keith!

  • i always thought keith had cool trippy music but i think his rhymes are wack. i dont know why rappers beef with each other ..... its like they got too much times on there hands, nothing better to do

  • I'm an old Keith fan but lets face it MF DOOM has put out way better music and raps the last years.

  • @1210Jazz word...

  • Another thing ....the music. Stones Throw havent made music as good Dr Nagato or TashanDorsett or Idea Of A Masterpiece K.K music harder more experimental much darker certainly more powerful infact Keith productions are responsible for the hardest sounds in Hip Hop. well what you young kidz call Hip Hop really its Rap music as Hip Hop is breaks n live emceeing now thats what i do. Keith sounds aswell El-p Def Jux dominate underground. Doom needs to get off alliteration -a Post Colonial symptom

  • @coolcaazz

ah cmon. the first quasimoto is better than dr nogatco. kool keith influenced no one more than every roster on def jux. from big jus to aesop rock.

  • @nem700 only thing i disagree with you on is bigg jus. he is a universe onto himself dude.

  • @coolcaazz i'm not gettin into the doom & kk dispute. but you're talkin so much shit it's hard to abstain from tellin you you're just as ignorant as any other ignorant around here when you preach your opinion like you some kinda hip hop guru mofo. punks like you stink like skunks to the nose of a cat who knows you ain't all that.

'alliteration is overrated' - maaaan you must be a joke cuz I'm laughin like a hysterical widow when I scroll through this window

  • @vvlad1989

sorry my friend, but if alliteration impresses you then you are one stupid muthafucka

  • @nem700 maaan you one ignorant too many. It's all about the technique. Don't matter what you use, as long as you get the job done. What's next, you gonna dis the wu too, right. Cuz you all that, right. You just hatin cuz you ain't makin, nuff said.

And stop callin me friend, son.

  • @vvlad1989

your mind is warped, you like whack shit. twisted.

  • But Keith style is more akin to one of the emcees(if not the best) Tag Master Killer RAM-ELL-ZEE The summation of the Equation. Keith dont need to rhyme. The beat dont dictates how he flows Keith is the author he is the beat !! the beat becomes the emcee. He dont shout in your ear and tell you he is Hip Hop like KRs he just weaves spacious streams of mental processes.Twisted images The Art of Grotesque very much like the Spanish Poet Francisco De Quevedo. He is way ahead, of Doom

  • The best ex of machiavellian are Marlowes Jew of Malta-Marston The Malcontent Webster The White Devil and ofcourse the great Shakespeare Hamlet sinister cunning men who incite plots to bring down their rivals-real villans no modern day emcee could compete. Keith style of delivery is spacious, non alliterive and very experimental. Doom is very tight too alliterative. Pattern or compound style was big in the 90s Sugar Ray-Ultra-Kane-Percee P-G.rap Punn-Nas. Keith used to do it -Poppa Large....

  • If you prefer Doom to Keith then thats your preference. Firstly there is no beef between both emcees infact they're freinds. Keith is just letting everybody know the tradition of the machiavellian was originated by Keith on his classic Dr Octogan, then Dr DOOM ! The mood swinging preambles of the malcontent derived from 16th Century Italian theatre which centered on the corruptions of court. It's difficult for a current artist to compete with there predecessors. Its always been that way.

  • Cannot compete with Keiths. Def Juxs music can compete but since losing Vast they dont have an emcee that can match the Bronxs General. So since the Hip Hop communitiy dont want to give to Keith, who out there can be considered the best?? Papoose ? Afru Ra ? Saul Williams ? Anti Pop Consortium ? Any names outdeh ? new faces on the block no...well start writing ! it could be you...

  • @coolcaazz well, the thing that sets DOOM apart from Kool Keith is his wordplay IN his music. I'm not gonna lie, but DOOM is a lyrical mastermind eith flows that are out of this world, case in point, BOTH The Mouse & The Mask & Madvillainy are totally spot-on in lyrical persuasion, thats what makes them Legendary albums in the world of Underground hip hop, so good that some of the material can get tossed around in the mainstream category. I haven't heard much of Kool Keith (and I will) but

  • @coolcaazz pt. 2

judging from his music I've listened to so far, he's very good, but you can see that his rhyme style can age on you after listening for a while. When you talk about one of the creators of hip hop, he can rank up there, but I think Tragedy Khadafi (aka Intelligent Hoodlum) is just as good, if not better than Kool Keith. Now that doesn't make him bad in any way, shape or form, its just that I think him doing these diss records on DOOM and Andre 3k is a little bit childish for a

  • @coolcaazz pt. 3

man of his legacy. There should be absolutly NO excuse that you cannot end beef when BOTH Dre and Eazy-E & Nas and Jay-Z settled theirs. Now on to Andre 3000... well, this is a really tough rapper to talk about. Yes, he's mainstream, but I think thats partially because of his commitment to acting in the past several years. Ever since he's been producing songs for TV scripts and such, that just gave him and Big Boi fame. Yes, Big Boi began on a route of a normal big name rapper

  • @coolcaazz pt. 4

but Andre kept on his acting business, thus Big Boi soon decided to join in on the "fun" lol. But I think if it weren't for the movies, Outkast's first 3 albums would have been most definitly underground Hip Hop releases (their first album probably was an underground release). While Andre is mainstream now, I dont think that contracts away from his music... I actually think it adds to it. Lets face it, Outkast has always been trying new things. Not one of their albums

  • @coolcaazz pt. 5

follows in the same league as their previous albums (this isn't counting Big Boi's solo album released last year). This is one of the reasons why they hold high ranks on my chart, and I think in the music business now, to make it big, you need to have a mind like they did. You need to make hip hop (or any other genre of music) that follows hip hop, but is new to ears and different than the rest. I think this is why DOOM made his last album the way it is because he was

  • @coolcaazz pt. 6

experimenting. This is why I think the best cats in the music business now are the people at Stones Throw records, why? because Madlib, Oh No, Dam-Funk, Mayor Hawthorne and even Strong Arm Steady aren't producing the same type of music over and over again, much like what Keith is having a hard time doing right now. I know he still wants to keep his music real and all, but you can only do that for soo long. hip hop is not just lyrics, and not just beats, its finding the perfect

  • @coolcaazz pt. 7

blend of the 2. That is my testimony, I am 16 years old and studying up on different music styles, and I am very confident that if I stick to obscurity and alternative flows in music, I believe that I can make it big in Hip Hop very soon. Stay tuned on my Space Ghost channel.

  • Right now it's exciting the emcee game is an open field..why because peops dont wanna give it to the Bronx general aka Keith Thornton. I believe because they think he is too unorthodox, justr as in the same way G.Clinton P.Funk empire was big but never quite reach the hieghts of Kool n the Gang or Cameo, because P.Funk was considered too left field, it's only now since abstract sound is almost the norm a reappraisal of 'P' being endorsed(Bootsy). Doom, Imortal Technique r great but their music.

  • cccc

  • kool keith has been dissin since ultramags dropped ego trippin, ego trippin opens up with a run dmc diss.

  • Afrocentrist have got it wrong about trying to black up everything and claim Ancient Egypt. CiviLIEZation nothing to boast about. Tribal culture is overlooked and looked and shunned. If you want to talk about Africa talk to me about Zulus Warriors, Mandingka, Faluni, Watuusi. Aborigines, Mauris, Apaches, Why spk in terms of colour race we are all one people. Black/White are more closely related than any other ethnicities. Race is a modern Human construct designed to set people apart. Peace

  • @coolcaazz

Keith talking about afrocentrists in 'plucking cards', on the second ultramagnetic mcs album. I actually like the two ep's they put out. the beats sound like a throwback to the 90s, not neo soul, but hiphop. Their new album might be a little left field, not their first 2 ep's. songs like 'chuch', 'nsplendored', 'sparkle', and '34 leaves', are some of the best songs for years imo. even 'yeah you' and 'are you' on the new album are pretty dope.

  • @coolcaazz

I'm not a fan of Afrocentric, black supremacy raps, but i am a fan of good music. butterfly's rhyme schemes and dark beats are what attract me the most. I really don't think they are 'clean' at all. they bear no resemblance to the pop pristine of other studio albums. i think you should give them another chance. Are you really saying that the songs 'a treatise dedicated to Avian Nubis' and 'My mac yawns', are whack?

  • Jill Scott, De Angelo, Erica Baydu are all talented artist yet i dont like the clean digital signal that they emphasize on their tracks. Some rap outfits have gone for that sound. For me they subdue the rawness replace it with lush keyboard sounds, Souls of Mischief, Shape Of Broad Minds. For I like to keep it to the break as close as possible. Like Def Jux, or Kool Keith. Keith has gone for a keyboard sound but more Dungeon Funk mutant P.Funk. In fact Keith the only artist that can test Def jux

  • Shabazz Palaces Sounds like Neo Soul with Beats, lush keyboard sounds electronica effects, spacious beats. Sa ra, Spacek, J.Electronica are other simular contenders of that Neo sound. A sound which i dont like, altough i do like Sa Ra, and Spacek, im not feeling Shabazz It soundz weak no balls, no overhand rights, nothing BANGS unlike the above track. I also hear coded messages of hate, divisive race hating from a emcee who voice sounds weak. I recall Keith did diss Afrocentrist on Dr Doom.

  • @coolcaazz doper skilla and that mf was glad to have him do what keith loves to do on tracks and what people love to hear him do.. not give a fuck!! haha .. an articulate, hilarious and passionate display of creativity and freedom..

  • @coolcaazz worthy of his creation or his expression because he's worthy of his observation (as all you see you are) he is the director editor producer and characters of his creation, as are you.. the whole song plays with these themes lyrically and most importantly is filled with ridonculous humor, as keith is always ready to make fun of himself as is doom, thats the fun of their approach to life as well as the game.. no one seems to have even mentioned keith was on victor 2 and shat all over__

  • @coolcaazz you seem to have your thing dialed tight about keith and philosophy although you glean over the whole point which is humour.. hip hop is too full of punks talking about who's better than who.. both keith and mf are great ambassadors of the sport. Keith is playing God on this and most other things as such he is the author of all existence, he's not saying he's better than doom just that he created him in a philosophical sense that you are all you see, therefore he is saying doom is ___

  • @brickcandy

keith has been on that 'i'm better than you' tip since the 80s. that's his whole thing. if you look at critical beatdown all you'll hear is him talking about how much better he is than everyone else. even on things like octagon the underlying subject is mc slaughter. but you are right about humour tho. the way he injected humour was so natural and genuinely funny. no other mc is naturally funny like keith.

  • @nem700 its what hiphops about becoming bigger than yourself.. bragging about why your character is better and illa than anythin out..its why mf raps in the 3rd person cos he wants to break away from his characters detach himself so he can hold himself up even higher.. keith does the same thing, if you meet keith or check any one on one interviews he's the most humble cat but when he takes persona he becomes a monsta.. from a superficial perspective one would think this is a diss track..but NAH!

  • What do ya think about Nu click Shabazz Palaces...??

  • @coolcaazz

Best thing out there by far. It's funny cuz butterfly is rapping better than he ever was, you don't usually see rappers getting better over the years. I think it's cuz of his aggressiveness, which he never really had before.Their new album is not as good as their ep's tho. The ep's are some of the best music to come out in the past decade.

  • WTF why would u diss MF DOOM?

I mean there hundreds of Rappers out cha and he dissed MF DOOM?

Al so he doesnt rap very smooth no good flow.

Next Time diss some Mainstream Rappers so u get Attention with ur shitty diss tracks

  • @Draagoonlord

So what if he did diss doom? Why does it make you cry?

  • @Draagoonlord kool keith is dissing doom because theres no one left he aint dissed

  • @Draagoonlord He also collabs with DOOM: watch?v=6KI-_BXAaR4

  • There are connections in all metophors but the far fetched trope of similie can be so unlike that it becomes an art in itself..'who can be the most outlandish'.....my depression is a volcanic burst of laughter brings heat to my tears. Dr Samuel Johnson would probably say that would be tasteless and vulger. Lol

  • Who DIsses DOOM & Andre Doesn't Sound Like A Good Desicion What The Fuck He Come From Cause They Are Both Talented.Kool Keith Claims Too Much Like Pornocore & Horrorcore.Too Short Came Out With That Pornocore In Like 83 & Horrocore Is Fuckin Just everywhere Everybody Claims They Started It.I'll Analize These Lyrics But He Does TOO MUCH To Serious

  • I faved Kool Keith long time ago, but we all know whos the real villain!

  • What the fuck DOOM and Kieth are like my two favorite rappers,i don't understand the comparisons, especially because they dont make sense. Kieth and DOOM are both amazing. I like this song but I wish Kieth didnt feel like that about DOOM

  • @jokamund Good point jokamund, both emcees are exceptional...If you buy someones album and spin it regular it means they got 2b talented. I can not fault Imortal Technique But i dont play any of his music cant explain why....actually i will attempt to explain why next time Peace

  • Nigga Said stephen wrong

  • You'd think if you were gonna take a shoot at Doom you'd pack a bigger weapon than this little pea shooter of a track.

  • pt. 2) As far as his ego and his disses and constant demand for respect, is that real? and true to him? or part of a natural stage performance that seems to never end? And what is wrong with making so many songs about ass? It is obvious that that must be a major part of his rock star type of life. Can you clarify on this?> "Strong use of dissonance meaning no corelation in imagery."

  • Keith 'weaves streams of dissonance' meaning there is no connection in his metophors. For example another giant of metophor giant G.Rap will use imagery that relates to the previous imagery in accordance to his line of thought 'the gun toting rooting shooter i put so many bullet holes in your chest plate it'll hoola' hoop ya-But keith will describe images that have no connection-green luminous stiletoes with ice cream dripping of the side of space-it forces you 2try 2 conceive the disjuntive

  • French Philosopher Descartes remarks of how the consciousness cannot conceive a square triangle. Keith and Sir Menelick did a track on Octo just randomly reciting sentences out of different texts books-medical, physics, maths such dissonance to me is on a very high level because there is particular direction. Me i studied philosophy, Kant, Hegel, Heidigger,Derrida Wittgenstien etc, maths and cosmonology. I rock strictly on breaks slow undergound 60s im in a soundsystem called Suparockdown

  • @coolcaazz You explained Keith's style to the T. Keith is not complex, you just have to understand, inner-stand and over-stand where he is coming from. Once you do that, then you'll be enlightened by what he delivers. Props to you for seeing the unorthodox style he delivers.

  • London was the bomb in the 70s. Many sound systems and emcees. Speed mic chanting from top reggae sounds and Fast style emcee popping from Funk sound systems. We great scratch Mix DJs But it didnt reach us until 81-2. First Scratch djs were Nutrement from the Rock Box and Herbie from Mastermind he mixed Relax Dont do it Frankie Goes to Hollywood sigh he didnt get Paid. One thing we had was the Cockney Banter. 4me It's all about unusual breaks New styles of emceeing. Play Rock in a Soundstyle

  • @coolcaazz

there is a connection in keith's metaphors. It's just loose, and sometimes hidden. People would have to be attuned to it to get it.

  • Kool Keith invented rap

  • Keith is my favorite MC in this lifetime and he is gonna be I believe 48 years old this year. He's been around the block more than "any" MC so he sees it how he calls it. He's not for everyone so don't take it personal its just Keith being Keith. Thee best EVER!!

  • @emcmw

48?!?! thats crazy. i never knew he was that old.

  • Keith is my favorite MC in this lifetime and he is gonna be I believe 48 years old this year. He's been around the block more than "any" MC so he sees it how he calls it. He's not for everyone so don't take it personal its just Keith being Keith. Thee best EVER!!

  • Keith is a legend, hip-hop originator and all........ but he's obviously way out of his prime, and apparently has some abandonment issues with Hip-Hop and wants to claim it all as his.

Going after DOOM is just pathetic tho, lost some respect for him

  • wooow this is hella garbage.

  • Are you kidding me? Why would you make this.

  • basically, he's like stephen king out this mothafucka

  • Too bad for most of you with the negative comments,I like both MCs,Kool Keith & MF Doom are the type of dudes that need to collaborate.Art is art,Nothing in this world is really original. They were allot of artists with odd styles and had a different persona, even before Kool Keith.Mf is no copy of anyone,if you actually listen to his stuff.I'm not a fanboy of ether one of these guys,Because life shouldn't always be about ? VS ?,"UNITY" is the word. This was pretty wack on Kool Keith's part.

  • @djt16 Yeah I like them both they have different styles too, I dont think it's healthy comparing two great rappers

  • fletcher has a big problem with doom. i like kool keith ALOT especially as dr octagon..but he is not as good as doom in my opinion... and the beat is shitty. DOOM is dirty you needa stop hating. he just lets what he thinks come out without any filter unlike any other MC's. haha..no reason to hate him. Keith is filthy though.

  • @BrainZandConCepT Doom raps patterns, sometime on the 3,4,even 10 Other pattern or compound skillerz G.Rap, Pun, Percee P, Kane and Naz. Patterns of alliterative rhymes. Ultra were one of the first to drop patterns on 'Critical Beatdown' Kool Keith used to drop that style back in the days on tracks like 'Poppa Large' . Best exponent of patterns is G.Rap, Pun was very good. I prefer non pattern style. To many mcs use pattern flows. I prefer the talk style. Rammellzee was the first talk it out.

  • @coolcaazz Rammellzee!!!! hells yeah. you some kinda hip hop scientist?

  • @FreestyleFletcher No one mc is the best. Some of the greatest mcs ever have never got a recording deal. It's an open market. Alliterative patterns dont impress me anyone can pick up a rhyming dictionary and spit it out. Rap needs more philosophy and psychology. good ex listen to AfuRa talks about spiritual knowledge and awareness but when you breakdown whats being said,he aint saying jack shit, just aliteration. So called conscious mcs like Imortal Technique sound whiny complaining girl no art

  • @coolcaazz Imm Tech is more of a revolutionary, not really a conscious artist. Gift o Gab and Grouch are more conscious type of mcs. you're still pretty scientific.

  • When you really analyse mcing you realize no single mc stands out. Why because the lack of acedemic grounding. Philosophy, Psychology, cosmonology, maths, equations Algebra. You could even claim they're talking gibberish, and the ones who sound like they're complaining. When Hip Hop is celebration having a good time. So what mcs should do is talk it out the urban reality of hardship but dressit up in an entertaining uplifting style-we 're messengers-Rammell, Kool Keith achieve it, to a degree

  • @coolcaazz LOLOLOL No wonder you come talk shit on the video's you do. Are you even black or some pathetic whigger who got his ass beat by nogs every day of your short life? haaaaaaaah I'm gonna come and talk shit on every fag ass video you post on now

  • @WhiteWeasel420 Im glad you followed me on to this site, did you get fed up of the white aryan site?? Did you get fed up talking about how great the Aryan race are. Forget that Hitler shit and chill. All you need to do now is sit back n listen to the Dr Doom aka Black Elvis aka Kool Kieith. Go n roll yaself a fat chief smoke every rhyme make sure you turn it up real loud. Go find a nice beautiful sista to sit on your face let her grind face real hard. Oh change that wack ass name lol

  • @coolcaazz What will YOU do when the invasion happens?

  • @WhiteWeasel420 It's already happening NOW !! the world is turning brown. The reason for this because many young blonde women are pushing prams around with brown babies inside. The're easiest of all women. But I still respect them as all women, no woman is supierior to another woman regardless of colour. Not even mix race women. Sound like your lost and frustrated. Go to a brothel find women dressed up as a gestapo, play some Tashen Dorsett aka Kool Keith smoke a big chief wi some high grade

  • @coolcaazz

That's mostly in the UK tho. London. There aint no place like London when it come to racial mixing. You been saying some real shit on these boards. Well done.

  • @coolcaazz Whores tend not to make good women Nationalists. Or good human being's in General LOL And uhhhhh no.....Beleive me when I say did NOT mean a brown invasion. ;) So I repeat the question....are you ready?

  • @WhiteWeasel420 what's a nog?

  • @FreestyleFletcher yo momma

  • @WhiteWeasel420 really?

  • @FreestyleFletcher LOL gotcha!

  • @WhiteWeasel420 man. you got me so good.

  • @coolcaazz Yeah. I agree. I think the far future (like 100 years) of hip hop will be ridiculously nuts and diverse, with everything from some of the craziest intelligent shit to the weakest, dumbed down shit ever. It will never die, but continue on and change and evolve in a spiral. You can't stop the attractiveness of rhythmic rhyming word play. They rap about everything these days. But yes. • @FreestyleFletcher I listened to Gift of the Gab i have to say i was impressed. Reminds of Chubb Rock but even better. Chubb was no slouch impeccable speed and conscous to a degree. I saw him perform on the same gig with Tim Dogg and General Levy. Both General and Tim were kicking form and at the top of their game, but the Chubster was panting profusely, timming out-end. Gift is Papoose, now rocking Mighty Underdogs. He is one of the best i've heard speed 10 out of 10 but 1 criticism.

  • Fletch you refer to Gift as conscous, what do we mean by the word conscous see back in the days it would refer to an emcee who spoke about racial identity in a positive way. Like Public Enemy, Black watch movement, Indisposable Heroes of Hip Hop, Jhedi Mind Tricks. But if you mean conscous in the sense of really being aware of reality talking on an scientific level, then yeah the Gift is going there the highest level. But i feel he should zone even more esp on the cosmos get mathmatical

  • @coolcaazz socially conscious hip hop is one thing. I was referring to Gab as being spiritually conscious (his solo album Escape to Mars is very dope by the way). I think he should leave any math alone though.

  • @coolcaazz what is your criticism of him?

  • Gab needs utilize space between the cadences of wave vibrations-words- for me silence is parallel to space an absolute the sound intonation plus substantive has a greater impact when the space(scilence) is juxtapose to the 'word' infact i would even go as far and say this skill of using scilence is what makes some emcees excell for ex Gab seems more grounded in astronomy compared to Keith but Keith is still more effective because he dislocates patterns speed is grt but use the space

  • @coolcaazz mmm. ok. I've thought about that before. it seems even more important in an mc cypher with free styling. everybody is so rushed. or open mic freestyle events. you should tell Gab that. He might consider experimenting.so.. any KK criticisms?

  • @FreestyleFletcher Kool Keith is especially gifted. Main reason unique voice, very clear every word is heard. Total disregard for the bar. Strong use of dissonance meaning no corelation in imagery. No need to make a big deal with his choruses, there simple very effective. Admire how he abandon alliteration(compounds, patterns) while mos mcs seem 2b slave to it. Slick Rick awesome but Keith superceeds Rick. Very few are better, maybe Rammellzee 1or2 old schl but they dont transcend their era

  • PT-2- Keith has impeccable timing. Utilizes Time asif it was a plaything. Keith has one other massive adv his music.Keith adding nu dimensions to music. Only El-p can compete in that department. Old Schl Porto Ricans from N.Y.C esp Bronks are naturally very good speakers Keith part Porto Rican. Tito, Ruby Dee, Rammell have Porto Rican culture. Since Rammell past away Keith is the best emcee in New York, GRap and Meth run him close but they orthodox i prefer experimental or unorthodox mcs.

  • Downside to Kool Keith makes toooo much music ex you past a homie in the str n say heard K.K nu drop, then bump into them cpl of mths later he says yeah it's sick BUT he just dropped some more nu shit Keith the only emcee to do that. Keith disses tooo much. It makes some pple turn away use excuses claiming its dated. Talks to much about ass n shit it turn some pple off. No acedemic grounding altough he may have some literary learning. His early West coast recordings not as gd N.Y .But now it is.

  • @coolcaazz Hip hop was actually started by Bronx Puerta Ricans, no? What do you think of his material such as this track, where it is almost overly simplistic in rhythm and structure, for the beat as well as the lyrics? It seems that Keith's supreme intelligence and creativity allows him to get bored easily, especially in such a medium of art. He does make shit tons of music. It almost seems like he wants us to get lost in a maze of his own catalogue.

  • @FreestyleFletcher Puertto Ricans? I'm from NYC, born and raised in Brooklyn. The first hip hop producers, DJ's, dancers and rappers were all Black people and most of them resided in the Bronx when hip hop was introduced in the late 60's - 70's. Puerto Ricans were just a part of the environment and neighborhoods, so they as well as many other Latino groups contributed to the culture naturally.

  • NYC is not like other cities; it's very diverse! The only people that are usually separated from the hood are non-Jewish White people. Many Jews live in the hood. That's why so many well known White rappers from NYC are Jewish. For ex: Beastie Boys, 3rd Base (M.C. Serch), Remedy (Wu-Tang), Necro etc.

  • @catch3000 clarified.

  • Madlib very talented, so is El-p from Def juxs fame, Antipopconsortium. But as a true Hip hop trooper you cant test the RAW BREAK. No matter how banging a sampled Beat. I've heard underground Breaks that cant be tested, then you add effects esp when a dj cuts behind the BT, playing the music in a reggae sound system style, spin backs etc. Then when you can find a serious emcee who goes against the grain, and challenges listeners with non Hip Hop subjects for me thats the ultimate. SUPAROCKDOWN

  • @coolcaazz scientist

  • @coolcaazz

You forgot the fact keith is so funny. That makes him so ill imo.

  • YO EVERYBODY GET OFF DOOMS DICK

DOOM is dope period....but Kool Keith is the epitome of an underground legend....he also has multiple classics....he didnt go that hard on this track but if Keith tried he would destroy dan

  • Keith started all this

  • He bit more then just a fucking name wearing mask/costumes, did MF wear a mask when he was in KMD?

  • Dr. Octagonecologyst is the best underground album released. Fact!

  • No matter how talented these other emcees are, Keith rules them all. He is the originator. Keith was flying through space when MF Doom and Andre3 were playing hide-n-seek. Listen to Dr. Octagon and think about the other stuff that was out at the time. Light years ahead.

  • @mrbucketface "Dr. Octagon"? How about Ultramagnetic MC's (1984 - )? Kool Keith/Papa Large/The X is the founding father of the complex, psycho yet organized style of rap (there's a science behind his work and a method to his madness). Because of "X" we got Flava Flav, Busta Rhymes, Ol Dirty Bastard and many others. "X" and Ced Gee were the first to introduce the Jekyll & Hyde, sane and insane personalities of a hip hop duo through rap music and hip-hop. Everyone afterwards is merely a successor!

  • kool keith>doom, outkast, all those pussy-ass niggas

  • wait why is he dissin MF DOOM

  • Mf doom can't even step in the same room as Keith his flow is so wack and sounds the same on every song

  • MF DOOM Sucks

  • MF DOOM ALL THE TIIIIIIIME.....no one gives a shit about kool keith..

  • He can't pronounce stephen, 'the fuck is wrong with him...

  • @Niallps3owns its his sense of humor. maybe a little too out there for a fan of drake like yourself

  • @symbal777 You assume i'm a fan of drake because I don't like his ridiculous pronunciation of a name? I don't have anything against keith, I just don't like pretentious self glorifying rappers. Keith has some good songs, but his albums are weak IMO, whilst DOOMs albums seem more consistently better...
