1970 Ford Torino Cobra - 429 Cobra Jet - Muscle Car

I bought a car from those scumbags, and it needed a ton of work. Here's a bs quote from someone who works there, and I believe his name is Todd. He said' "we don't come down in price, because we go over everything on the car, and it leaves here with no issues." I guess my car must have been different, because it needed a clutch, u-joints, front suspension work, and a new rear. I would never buy a car here, and I do my best to let everyone I meet know about my experience with Fast Lane Cars.

@leeoflumberton That's terrible that you had a bad experience there. I don't work for them, but I do visit a number of different classic cars dealerships. Theirs seems to be the cleanest, most professional one around. I do know, that nearly all the places I visit sell their cars on consignment. They rely a lot on the actual owner to provide accurate information about the condition. I'm not familiar with the process that Fast Lane uses when they check in cars though.

@paradoxdesigns You can bet that it runs out real strong. Those 429 Cobra Jets were rated at 370 HP, and that was underrating them by quite a bit.

My best friend in high school had a white one just like the one in your video. We could turn some heads without ever racing it. When people would see the 429 Cobra jet on the hood scoop they would feel intimidated. It was really funny.
