when i was young i had one like this (in yellow) with 2.0l. engine,four Webber 45mm,handmade camshafts and 12mm exauste(200ps WITHOUT injections,or turbo, or many valves, or exotic ECU's!)...after 20 years that we "separated" i'm still in love with this car and i'm regrett that i sold it (my other love Julia too!)! if you don't drive this car you don't know what we are talking about!! It's the PLEASURE of driving!

I would suspect the fast rebound rate is not stiff enough. After analyzing the video of his wreck and the way the car settled into the turn and then lost responsiveness at the elevation increase on the track, the soft rebound rate did not immediately allow the tires to be planted back on the track and provide grip soon enough after the suspension was unsettled. After watching this video it appears it hasn't been adjusted, a softer fast rebound helps for a daily driver, but not in a hill climb!
