She's Effie in POB's DVD of "La Sylphide" ; she dances too one of Kitri's friend in "Don Quixote"(you can find videos here on Youtube). She's a very beautiful and elegant dancer, born to dance Giselle or Sylphide. (I'm sorry for my awful english).

It's probably the video and not her. It's a common problem on YouTube where the music and dancing are not in sync with each other
