@wonderwoman016 The way that you describe this situations makes me very leery; obviously if I asked you if you were underage, you would most likely tell me "No." whether you were or not. However, from personal observation, an adult attempting to hold a relationship with a minor (even 17) is a recipe for disaster, both romantically and legally. One of my best friends did not see the birth of his daughter, and will not be able to legally see her until she is 15; not worth it, even for "love."
