Shadowfox64zoids -- The song has been around since 1928 and was introduced in the broadway play - Whoopie!! and was orginially performed by Ruth Etting. It has been a favorite over the years, having been performed by Doris Day, Lena Horne and many others. As Harribo94 said this is the Sammy Davis Jr rendition that he developed while performing in Vegas as well as Harrah's Tahoe back in the 1950's. The song has been recorded over 30 times by many other artists.

No one said it is funny because 2 guys are dancing, the moves they did and their attitude and expression play at slightly "crude" ideas but in fun way. To many people, seeing two of the same sex dance is slightly "crude" itself and so can be funny as well.

the reason why it's different, it's because of me, i wasn't flexible at all at the time , i had an accident the day before ... & i hurt so much doin' that but i promised to the organisator to do it so..... but i'm agree... this version is not good at all !

you really think this version is bad? the video quality seems to be better than the other ones, so this is the one that I show people all the time. And by the way, you made it impossible for me to dance seriously to this song. I keep trying to replicate parts of the choreography.
