Anyone who suggests splitting names into first and last names must first read Kalzumeus's Falsehoods programmers believe about names (geej youtube on not allowing links). The best way to store names in fact is free form text and then applying string parsing if and when needed by the interface depending on the particular demands of the interface.
@Gerrrry There's a difference between subtlety in satire and a poor presentation of material. I thought this presentation was informative, well written, and poorly presented. Josh is not John Cleese, so it's hardly surprising that there's some room for improvement.
Mister Garth, your comment is maybe the best example of exercise in stupidity. Don't comment videos you don't understand, and go back to "fail blog" videos.
congratulations: you've actually found a way to make a webcast sound WORSE than a live recording.

Excellent talk! I can totally relate to the RAGE this man feels! hahahaha!

Good info, but way too long. Needs either a laugh track or a bit more work on the presenter's part to make the irony clearer.

No it doesn't, subtlety in satire is a good thing because it teaches shallow thinkers a good lesson when they get called out.
