I will tell you what I do everytime I wake up. So I have this thing. Where my memories are deteriorating. Lots of trauma in my past made me have to surpress those memories but (this is what my therapists says) my mind is on overdrive and is "swallowing" the rest of my memories. Because of this I have really violent and realistic flashbacks (usually in my sleep) and wake up in an 18 year old body. Freaks the hell out of me.
