"Hacked" is not correct. "Displayed" a video downlink would be more accurate. In a perfect UAV all signals should be securely encrypted. When sent in-the-clear, there could be the chance that a 'target' could learn that they had been targeted before munitions are released and so escape. However, as usual, the talking heads on American TV are making a lot of uninformed comments about things they know nothing about when not busy gossiping about Martin Sheen & other "world shaking" events.
