this is a really irresponsible way to talk about stem cells. Especially when the research won't be able to produce a viable treatment alternative for another 15-20 years

OK since the research won't produce immediate results you are saying not to do it is that right ? I guess the same argument could be made for offshore drilling but I suspect you are for that even if it will have little effect for the next couple of decades and even then only a couple of percentage points ??
