I don't like how the news stations always think that when someone says hoe or bitch that they are referring to all women. Like Ice-T said "some of yall niggaz are bitches too". Anyone who is constantly whining or doesn't care about other people can be a bitch. Same thing with hoe; but that mostly refers to women.
