@huskiesghost well it al depends, I bought this for 17.99 and its a good game. Although if your a fan of sound effects... There not too loud overall its a nice Cartoon Network version of Super Smash Brothers so check it out and hopefully you will decide, also try watching some gameplay maybe that will help your descisions too! :) + Story modes Co-op so you can enjoy the game with some pals :D

@didimydoe3 This game was most likely in production before AT and RS so they probably couldn't have shoved them in. There is always hope for DLC. As for Tom from Toonami, I doubt he'd ever be in this game since Toonami only has a cult following and there's no real reason to add him except to excite a small few fans.

@indignationmaster the 3ds version plays a lot like Super Smash Flash, especially in terms of physics. I'm guessing it's really hard to replicate SSB's physics for whatever reason.

The 3DS version was mediocre IMO. Though it wasn't so bad it's horrible. From the gameplay they've shown it seemed they've improved on a lot of stuff in the XL versions. They managed to get better voice actors, better gameplay, improved graphics. If I was a reviewer I'd probably give it a 7. Good presentation, Nice Graphics, and decent gameplay. But I suppose one man's trash is a another one's treasure :D.

Well IDK. I found the graphics a little too good to be on the PS2 :/. I looked at the renders and they're not bad IMO. Like I said before. I played this game at Comic-Con a few weeks ago and I found the gameplay to be a huge step up. Besides, one of the reasons I want to buy this game is to beat the fuck out of annoying Cartoon Network characters like Flapjack and Bloo :P.

In fact I encourage CN to make annoying characters so once they're in a mascot fighter like this I can use them as a punching bag when I have no one around. Oh come on now. Look at some gameplay pictures. I will admit they're not really that great compared to great gems on the Wii like Muramasa: The Demon Blade. But they are pretty good especially when you compare them to other minor third parties.

That's not the main reason I buy fighting games. The main reason is that I often love fighting games like Smash Bros(Heck that's what convinced me to even pay attention at this game). And I often want to see what something like anime or Cartoon characters would work in a game like Smash Bros. If Cartoon Network Network Really wanted to impress me they make a CN VS Nicktoons since Nickelodeon has better original character properties than CN and I'd like to see the cast of Avatar The Last Airbender fight the Ben 10 Ultimate Alien team. This game is no Smash Bros, in fact it plays more like Battle Stadium D.O.N (another clone) and they need to fix the controls for console ports of this game too since the 3DS controls sucked, have 8ing make the game too since Papaya Studio sucks.
