Phaedra's Love is a classic piece of New Brutalist theatre. Generally, those types of plays try to evoke a response out of the audience-- the main one being shock or disgust towards the characters or humanity in general. Sara Kane seeks to numb her audience, blasting them with content that they would normally choose to ignore. Or at least... that's my interpretation as a second-year theatre student.

Finally another person who got put in Slytherin and wasn't thrilled about it. I don't hate Slytherins at all, just don't feel I fit what should be a "typical" Slytherin profile. I know it's all done to fit you to the best house blah blah blah, I'm still free to sulk a little.

Oh, and I was a Ravenclaw and now a Hufflepuff on Pottermore, I have to say that I really don't mind it at all, but I think I will always have a bit of extra Ravenclaw in me.

You know J.K Rowling said that the houses don't actually define the characters, she said that they all have traits which suit other houses. Like Snape was a slytherin but also described as being very brave, like a Gryffindor! Slyffindor? I think it could catch on.

When a website determines what house I should be in, questions like "left or right" should not be the questions. (I hear the questions got more deeper after I did mine) either way, I feel your pain.

Those are just a few things I've noticed during the 2 years I've been subscribed to you. I would have seen you as a Gryffindor for sure, but Slytherin and Gryffindor are alike in a lot of ways, so it's understandable (: And Slytherins are awesome, so, y'know. Yayy ^_^
@Nishi4Narnia But see, I think those are Gryffindor traits, unless taken to an extreme. While I'm driven, I would never prioritise going after something I want for myself over helping one of my friends. My ambition rarely overpowers any other part of my personality, like it would for a Slytherin. I have no problem with Slytherin house and I know they're not evil. I just know myself really well and I'm definitely a Gryffindor :)

Personally, I won't accept a sort from anyone or anything other than the Sorting Hat itself. I know JKR wrote the quiz, but even she can't see the entire depths of our souls through a few questions. One of the biggest reasons Harry was a Gryffindor is because he WANTED to be one, remember? That wish alone defined him.
I was sorted into Hufflepuff, but I know that the online representation of the Sorting Hat is wrong. I know where I truly belong, and isn't that really all that matters?

Pottermore may be the most accurate Sorting, but it still has its flaws. For instance, I doubt the question "Heads or tails?" it a good indicator of anything.

I know how much you wanted and expected to be sorted into Gryffindor, but I remember the first time the 5AG were discussing the Houses and being surprised at yours and Kristina's self-sortings - the other girls' I felt were very accurate, but I always saw Kristina as a Hufflepuff and you as a Slytherin! I'm sorry that you're disappointed, but it doesn't have to be a bad thing! (At least I hope not - several of my close friends were sorted into Slytherin. ;P) <3

Personally, I won't accept a sort from anyone or anything other than the Sorting Hat itself. I know JKR wrote the quiz, but even she can't see the entire depths of our souls through a few questions. One of the biggest reasons Harry was a Gryffindor is because he WANTED to be one, remember? That wish alone defined him.
I was sorted into Hufflepuff, but I know that the online representation of the Sorting Hat is wrong. I know where I truly belong, and isn't that really all that matters?

Are you going to do a Kristina and get a Slytherin scarf like she did with Hufflepuff? And are you staying with Liam when you go to Edinburgh? Will you say your Uni once you've left? I did care but you've talked about it so much I feel like I have to know now :P and I'm glad your a Sytherin because I am all alone because my whole house and all of my friends are Ravenclaws and they bully me intelectually :(

I am going to be River Tam for Halloween which is quite exciting, I can't wait. Also, I was sorted into Slytherin too- it's not that bad. The common room is also quite beautiful, which is also a plus.

Pottermore may be the most accurate Sorting, but it still has its flaws. For instance, I doubt the question "Heads or tails?" it a good indicator of anything.

I know how much you wanted and expected to be sorted into Gryffindor, but I remember the first time the 5AG were discussing the Houses and being surprised at yours and Kristina's self-sortings - the other girls' I felt were very accurate, but I always saw Kristina as a Hufflepuff and you as a Slytherin! I'm sorry that you're disappointed, but it doesn't have to be a bad thing! (At least I hope not - several of my close friends were sorted into Slytherin. ;P) <3
