23 is probably the hardest castle IMO. 2 ways to attack it - either knowck the first tower into the second (the bottom is rock solid so aim for the top half) or knock the very top off the first tower, and then aim for just above half way up on the second. If you still can't get it, try firing 3 or 4 volleys in a row, without waiting for them to hit... you can normally get the top of the first tower off in 1 or 2 shots, leaving 3 or 4 shots for the main castle!
