yes, it's totally voxel-driven. It's build upon my own voxel engine; the Galaxy engine. If you like, you can watch a techdemo of the engine in my channel as well!

I did not. It's an official game and I'm the official developer. I just rebuild a version for DSi-ware. There's no gamecard.
