She should have just answered the question honestly, and said National Enquirer, and Harlequin Romances. Inside the beltway the "elitist" Washington crowd would have rolled their eyes, but her conservative right wing stay at home barefoot, and pregnant female base would have been like "yeah I like those too, she's my kind of woman".

She's not stupid! She just didn't want to name a specific newspaper; that way she wouldn't be supporting any specific newspaper. Besides, she DID answer the question; she said that she reads all different ones, any one that is in front of her at the time. Most people do that! I know that I don't read just one specific newspaper. I just read the one that strikes my attention at that moment. - People need to get over this already and focus on what matters.

She is a bigger dumbass than Bush who took pride in not reading newspapers.
