I dont understand this at all. Unless there is a glitch in the game, this shouldn't work. Basically what no scoping should entail, is you having your crosshairs on the enemy so that when you shoot, it hits them. It shouldn't have anything to do with moving after your shot or strafing while shooting. The way guns work guys, is your bullet goes where the gun is pointing. Why would jumping directly after shooting have any effect on the accuracy of the bullet? It makes no sense.

Honestly, why not just pull out a deagle or some other pistol and shoot the other guy or knife him, a sniper rifle is made for SNIPING, not for going 2 feet away from someone and no scoping. The scope is there for you to utilize, not for decoration.

you line up ur crosshairs with ur enemy (doesnt have to be center) then just tap R1 but at the same time move your left analog stick left, if u have steady aim on it should work wonders, i head shoted a guy on the roof in crash for a mile away noscoping using that technique i also get him head shot through a car winscreen that can be luck because i can usually do it every time if not the first the second time
