  • Bravo! Just learning myself. You are an inspiration.

  • Great job! I play that on my HD, never thought about playing it on my MD, but how beautiful it sounds! Now I gotta go try and learn it! Thank you for posting...you're doing great!!

  • The sound on my camera is not the best. That old dulcimer of mine sounds much better in person. I'v been meaning to shoot more videos 'cause I can play a little better now, I have a new camera, and I'm starting to lose the fat belly. Your videos are great. Nice dulcimer too.

  • Nice, it sure is great to hear more and more people playing dulcimer.

  • Very nicely played!

  • Hey!!! I have to tell you your videos have been inspiring. I hope your tour schedual will bring you farther north soon. I'm in Windsor Ontario Canada.( just over the bridge from Detroit ) Would love to see you perform if you ever get to Michigan or Ohio. I have never seen anyone play the dulcimer live. Youtube videos have been my only instruction.

  • very well done, YOu are so carefull to hit your notes just right... I need to practice that

  • At the rate you are going. It wont be long. The dulcimer has been around for a long time. I first heard one on a cd. I had a difficult time finding information here also. I would like to see the dulcimer go mainstream someday. It is capable of beautiful and complex music. Thanks for watching my videos.

  • I think it is awesome to watch some learn to play a new instrument. You are doing great! Keep them coming sowe can watch your progress.

  • I watched your videos too. I hope someday I will be able to play as well as you do. The dulcimers you made sound wonderfull. I cant beleave I found mine on eBay as cheap as I did. I feel guilty buying a work for 45 bucks. It was made in Ann Arbour Michigan in 1976 by a man named Kramer. Here in Canada the mountain dulcimer is pretty much unheard of. I have 2 of them hanging on the wall and everyone asks what they are.
