Update PSP 5.03 HEN Fat or even Slim up to 5.00m33-4

K serious question here!!!!!!!!!! I just want to play snes and sega on my PSP. I have a phat 1001 and 5.03 firmware. I got the chickhen thing to work. now what? I dont even know what 5.00m33-4 does? whats the point in going threw this process?

just downgrade ur psp to 6.20 tn b to 5.03

the use chickhen r2 then get 5.00m33-6 on psp 3k

i got everything to work, except wen i get to the hells cat reovery menu, my arrows or buttons dont work in it, it gets like "bricked" and i cant choose anything, and it freezes, can u help me?

what kind of psp have you? have you maybe put on the hold-button? Its really strange :/ I never had such a problem

i installed the chiken in my psp slim 5.03 like you did but then i installed 5.00 m33 only and now i want to update it to m33-4 or m33-6. is it possible or not ?

maybe, just look at your system information, maybe there stands 5.00m33-6

then u dont have to upgrade ;)

I have the original fat PSP with 1.50 running on it, never been modified in any way, (still can run home brew and GB emulators). Can I just run this on my PSP and have latest firmware and still be able to run ISO/HB off of it? Or do I need another homebrew like iso loader to be able to run ISOs?

wtf are u talkin about? I dont really care, if it bricks ur psp, because I wrote in my descriptions, that it is only supported by the psp 1000 and the psp 2000 ta88v2

if u got ta88v3 or even ta90 or somethin like this, its up on u to flash or net the psp, but I wrote it works on the first psp models -.-

And if u are such a noob and dont have friends with a pandora battery, then sry, search such friends

What a psp have you got? 1000, 2000? have u got the right firmware inside the root of the memory stick? it have to be the 5.00

rename it to 500.PBP

And could u tell me the errors?

What a psp mainboard have you? 6B, 8A, 7D?

take out the battery and u will see on the backside of ur psp this code

I really need some help here i have a psp 100 and installed all those files on my psp and i click photos view that egg photot and it views like any other photo but when i scroll down and hit slim it freezes and turns dark and then i trun it back on and it works like normal please hlep im desperate to find some answers!!

Did you go into "PHAT" when you unzipped the file?

Well, I tried this damn exploit 4 or 5 times, until it started workin.

Just give a try and it will work, the exploit is for the fat psp not very stable, and if you got the slim exploit, use the revision 2 ;)

Yeah maybe hes right, recovery flasher runs on my psp brite, too.

But i didn't flashed a CFW on it, cause i need a psp to use the Playstation store, but i could make a video...
