  • Without a doubt the most helpful and informative lab video I've watched. Thank you very much.

  • WHO IS IN LEHIGH BIOLOGY AND HAS TO WATCH THIS?

  • @VelociraptorSauce me! lol

  • What a brilliantly useful and helpful video. Thank you!

  • not bad for an instructional video.

these science instructions are usually 20 years old and out of date. this video was really well done--with camera angles, explanation, and reasonings

  • interesting video! i'm more used to the Southern Nekot technique which is very different so its good to see what people outside of University of Samoa do!

  • I remember a friend in uni who used to always snap the pipette tips when he went to push down on them xD

  • oooh thats great n amazing video, Now i learn how to use a micro pipette, and precautions are good as well.

  • Brilliant. Putting this on my teaching lab page.

  • Thank you for creating this video

  • And for more tips...look for the PDF from Gilson on Google: search for "gilson guide to pipetting"

  • @kenken540 "jabbing" tips can break your tipholder or bend your piston... :(

    slight downward pressure + 1/4 twist = happy tipholder/piston and a tight seal... :)

  • WOW this is exactly what i was looking for.thank you

  • This video made me want to micropipette some liquids so bad

  • lecturer told me to watch..

and i found it very useful!!! Thanks!!

  • It's great, I found it very useful. Thank you.

  • i love you :D

  • Very good video! The section on things to avoid is really great. A few of these would have saved me a lot of trouble in prior labs.

  • GREAT VIDEO! One piece of advice: apply a slight twist with downward pressure on the tip holder (shaft) into the tip to apply. It will give you an airtight seal the first time, every time.

  • @xrobevansx Thanks for that tip :)

  • Thank you for this, I'm a micropipette pro now!

  • Thank you! This is brilliant! It helped me review for my lab mid-term
