  • PC wins.

  • can you do a vid HDD vs flash drive?

  • @atthetoast I've considered it, but i currently do not have an 8 or 16gb drive around.

  • If you put it on your HDD, the dvd must also be in the Drive. That sucks!!

  • just want to ask if there is still a problem issue by updating this nxe dashboard coz i google about nxe earlier and there are some people having some problem with the audio?

  • How many space in HDD need Far Cry 2 ?

  • You wrong ;) This game need 4.7 Gigabyte in HDD (quite few ...for example GTA 4 need 6 GB in my small HDD ;D (I have only 20 GB....)

  • its only 4.7, wow, i thought it was more, its worth downloading

  • of course HDD loads faster. it alot faster to read information of the HDD then off cd's.

  • Not with every game. For example Halo 3 loads A WAY slower when installed to HDD than reading from CD.

  • bungie told us not to download to HDD for it will be really slow lol

  • GOD you replyed to an OLD comment.

That was exactly what I was saying, I just pointed it out. I have never installed halo 3 to HDD, just knew it because of bungie...

  • HDD is better

  • NO SHIT.

  • wow a rocket scientist! LOLOLOLOL

  • i saved frontlines:fuel of war on hard drive but i still need the disc to "play from hard drive". I select full games and press "play from hard drive" and then it says "DISC REQUIRED!" what is the problem?

  • u need the disc so it can verify if you actually own the game.

if you didnt need the disc everyone would just rent the game and put it on their harddrive and get a cheap game. or just borrow a game from their friend and get a free one

  • simple logic lol..some people are really stupid...

  • I agree.

  • wow at far cry.

  • Almost quiet console + reduced loading time = cool!

  • wow far cry 2 is a big difference

  • shit man when i try to ''load'' or ''continue'' at Far Cry 2 the game freeze....Is my only game that freeze...do any of you guys know what the problem is??

  • ahh yes i see it loads alot faster, on top of that it keeps your system cool and doesnt make the fans as noisy. INSTALLs RULe

  • In GTA IV when installing the in-game performence slows down. Textures doesn't load right, roads disappering right in front of you

  • really? GTA already had that problem though.

95% of my games showed improvement in loading times. the other 5% didnt improve, but still kept the fans quiet.

  • try gta4

  • does the game disk need to be in the dvd drive?

  • Yes, you still have to have the disc in the drive.

  • *cough cough* hmm wonder why you would want to do that?

  • You dumbass he means like, can you save the game to the hard drive rather then the cd. oh your coughing? choking on a dick?

  • you have to do that for an obvious reason... piracy lol. or renting a game and copying it to the HD

  • they could do a serial # thing like the pc

  • you are the dumbass here, he is being sarcastic

  • Shouldn't you be flying your kite right now?

  • no stupid i was responding to the comment about taking the disc out of the drive while your playing

  • is deadspace good?

  • I dont know I havent played it

  • Love it.

  • yes its amazing

  • Thanks for posting. Interesting stuff. But this also shows there are times when certain media works and times when other media, like a graph, work better. ;)

  • RROD.

  • Funny, my PS3 died 2 weeks ago.

  • thats sucks dude, some of my friends have ps3's and all of there's broke too. they all had the 60gb ones. the worst part about ur ps3 breaking, is that ur gonna need to pay like 160 dollars to get it fixed if dont have a warranty

  • YLOD (Yellow Light Of Death)

  • now I have a reason to get the 120 gig hard drive

  • damn, there's a huge difference. plus installing games, helps makes the fans more effective too

  • Why are you so Mad???

  • ing did a video on it, and the guy the osund its mkaes the efans mre efffecient

  • The fans don't have to work as hard which is one of the reasons for noise. Add in the disc not spinning with the fans on low and you get a much quieter 360.

  • which is excatly what i was saying

  • The fans aren't silent. They just sound silent compared to the DVD drive. I recorded an MP3 of this and you can distinctly tell the difference between off, fans on and then the mic blew a circuit when the DVD drive spun up.
