see, where possible, this is how a drum set should be set up - however many different drums or cymbals or percussion or whatever there are, set them up as near to each other and as flat (or at least only beneficially-angled) as possible.

I don't know, but I've always found people play this piece in 2 general styles.
One, is with a really big and powerful sound which I think is better for concerts.
The other is quiter but is very clear and has a lot of groove still. This way sound better on recording IMO.
The 2nd way is the style you play it in I think, and you've done a fantastic recording of it. Really enjoyed this. Thank you.
