US Pro Se Ligigants should be given more rights under the law to form a Citizen task force. Common people should be able to file complaints with criminal charges in US courts pursuant to civil procedure.
Pro Se Litigants should be allowed to file under "The False Claims Act" for damages to themselves and The US Government.
