Its worse. The language of the bill is available now. 65% of the PROFFIT would go to the Housing Trust Fund (an organization for giving "affordable housing") Strange. Isnt that how we got in this? 20% of the PROFFIT would go to ACORN.

Now why is "PROFFIT" in all caps? Because it is important. The taxpayer shoulders 100% of the loss and the loss is determined not as a group but on an asset by asset basis. So if a mortgage fails, we take a bath, it it works, ACORN and HTF clean up.
