I don't agree that Tobi is Obito or Danzo , but i also don't agree that he's Madara. I think he is Mizukage because remember when Tobi showed his face to Kisame, Kisame said that hes Mizukage. And I also think he is Uchiha Kagami. We can't say that Tobi is Madara yet, because if everyone knows that he is Madara, why won't he take his mask off? Isn't it weird? He still doesn't show his face yet even though everyone knows that he is Madara o.O that means he is not madara, we cant figure out yet

Those are reasonable theories--Even though if it was obito's body he would look much younger my theory is that tobi and danzo are the same and if tobi is madara I cant actually explain why his left eye doesnt have the sharingan but it actually make sense that madara woulld be danzo because madara wanted tobe the first hokage and couldn't and all danzo wanted to be was hokage....

Heh, I have been suspecting that Danzo was Tobi for a long time, and after hearing about the mythology I'm almost certain of it.

I suspect that Tobi is actually playing not only Akatsuki and Konoha, but the other great nations as well. If memory serves, Kisame recognized Tobi as the Mizukage when Tobi confronted him after Itachi's death.

Another theory (THEORY!!) is that Tobi is, in fact, Madara, and Danzo is his brother. This would mean that Madara had only taken one of his brothers eyes.
