I'm skeptical about the value of something like this, the students yell and hit, but the attackers don't hit, they just grab, the reality of violent crimes is that they tend to involve violence and the threat of great personal injury. Does this program address that issue? I don't want to be negative, personal safety is super important I'm just curious.

So amazing to see more graduation videos on Youtube. it's so empowering to see women doing this classes and learning these powerful skills. I did IMPACT in NYC 4 years ago and I would recommend it to everyone.
