If you had to choose between otakon and animeNEXT.. what would you choose?

you mean which is better? Well also what makes a con special is different to every person. :) (From location to things to do while there like panels and events, and also the staff and how well they handle organization is important. I cosplay so I'm happy almost any con if I can don a costume and run around with friends.) Otakon is hard to beat cause it has something for everyone. Animenext is a good com, but I would say of the medium-sized cons I have been to AWA is better.

i feel like i miss out on so much Con fun, because even though i have fun with conventions and my friends in general, i dont do the whole running around the lawn thing and taking insanely large group photos, i'm only orihime inoue from Bleach and the photoshoot, group shots, kinda was boring for that XD Naruto people seem to have more fun XDDD

I just go to the large photoshoots to find people from the show I am dressed up as (people with similar interests). Then I can interact with random individuals, doing inside jokes and whatnot (like how I started randomly chasing that Kakashi for porn. XD) I get most of my enjoyment from that, and hanging with friends and just being in costume as characters I love. :) !! Everyone enjoys a con different, do what makes you happy!
