Interesante saber que hacer un buen café necesita mucha prática. También está bien que mientras aprendes y trabajas te diviertas. Pero desperdiciar de esa manera tanto café y jugar en una especie de amor/odio con la comida y ese trabajo supuestamente "apasionante" me parece de lo peor. Podrían regalar esos cafés y dejar de maldecir tanto a su proceso de aprendizaje y sobreotodo a ese producto que al fin y al cabo es un alimento y que no todos podemos permirnoslo todos los días.

They're just practicing... every coffee shop wastes sooo much coffee per day, so it's good they make it worth while. But I sure hope the customers didn't hear them talking like that and sticking their hands in the coffees though :P
To all the haters. These guys obviously care about the quality of their product and art. As a barista, I can say that while there's a lot to know about coffee, you come off as a pretentious jackass when you can't have fun. These baristas are refining their work while having fun behind the counter. If you were to patronize the cafe, I'm sure you would enjoy talking to these guys better than stone faced coffee snobs.

@cosmik3 i got the job so im a barista in training but im not allowed to use the coffee machine until i have mastered the till lol. but ive noticed that on all the videos on latte art they add the expresso first but wen i watch the other baristas do it at costa they add the milk first then the expresso. its a nice place to work. really good discounts wen ur on shift too XD xxx

America...Kenya. The coffee industry provides many jobs (lowering unemployment rate,benefitting several countries..)

They are using milk akint to milk with 2-3,5% fat in it. WHole milk or whatevah. :)

TheChinglish---Just has to laugh as your comment to me, it makes absolutely no grammatical sense. Heads off to do my thing, because I have a life, and know very well the first thing about customer service, and everything in this video is something you SHOULD never do if you want your business to succeed. I feel very sorry for the owner of this coffee shop, he/she should know how the employees act, and waste supplies.

God damn, I wish the cafe I worked at actually taught us how to do this stuff. We just get thrown in with no experience and learn to make drinks as we go. Forget latte art. I'd love to learn this stuff. D:
