Anybody here who believes in "man-made-climate change" is a total nut job. Perhaps right now, the earth is going through a phase where its warming up. But thats how it is with planet earth. The planet goes through phases where it warms up and cools down. All of you tree huggers need to cut the bull shit out. People are not causing the planet to warm up. Anybody who believes in such crazy myths, please check urself into a mental hospital and get your heads examined.
You cannot burn 300 million years worth of stored carbon in 100 years without influencing climate and changing the composition of the atmosphere . Now there is no argument it has not happened before . But what happened when the carbon content of the atmosphere was double what it was 100 years ago. The fact most of the carbon is sequestered in worlds oceans is now changing significantly the PH of oceans is interesting also. Breed another 6 billion folks and tun out 10 times more pollution.
@sailawaysteve1 actually, if anything Chem trails/con trails are cooling. Look up what happened after 9-11, and they grounded all air traffic..the planet got something like 3 degrees warmer. Something called "Global Dimming"..look it up. Doesn't matter whether it's Chem or natural Con trails..they do the same thing in the instance..reduce the amount of radiant energy hitting the planet..thereby cooling the planet.
take a look at Venus, and then tell me CO2 isn't a powerful greenhouse gas. I don't give a shit who's making money, I just know we need to take care of the planet....
@dannon2010 Venus has no carbon cycle (a planets way of naturally reabsorbing co2 into itself) and no organic life that would absorb co2, unlike earth which HAS a carbon cycle and HAS PLENTY of organic lifeforms to absorb co2. And btw, water vapor is THE biggest contributor to global warming, and the sun is second. Shall we start brainstorming ways of elminating the sun and water vapor?
@houdini2233 as far as the Sun is concerned, obviously there will be fluctuations. We've been in a Solar minimum for a while now...and it's still getting warmer. Look up global dimming, and it shows that the amount of solar radiation hitting the planet is being reduced over the last couple decades. Now WHY, is a different story. Either way it removes the possibility that the Sun is causing the warming. It does..whether it's as a result of particulates in the atmosphere or solar fluctuations
@dannon2010 Look up 'little ice age'. We are still coming out of the little ice age, we have yet to get to temperature levels of pre-little ice age, and Im sure as hell we werent using heavy scale industrial machinery before the 16th century. The levels of CO2 rise and fall depending greatly on the water rising in temperature, as would be expected when coming out of a recordable ice age, and volcanic activity.
@houdini2233 I'm talking about the last 150 years..that's it. That;s when we've been spewing the most CO2. That's when we've been having the greatest temperature rise, and the greatest amount of CO2 pumped into the atmosphere. I don't suspect anything I say is going to change your mind. Just look at the data..it's there, and it says what it says. Why is it getting warmer then? Find ANYTHING that has any credible scientific value that explains away lower radiant energy but hotter temps.
@dannon2010 The earth's life is older than 150 years, temperature fluctuations have happened before. Read my previous message about the little ice age and you have your answer for this post.
Sure, but OBVIOUSLY that "carbon cycle" you speak of isn't keeping up, as CO2 levels are RISING. I think you overestimate our planets ability to absorb CO2..what we're releasing into the atmosphere took BILLIONS of years, and we've re-released it in decades. The amount of H20 stays roughly the same...no matter what we do. it doesn't add up. Nevermind ice cores, CO2 levels and resultant temperature rises. At least it sounds you understand that we ARE getting warmer, that's better than most.
@dannon2010 When I made a refernce to water vapor it was to show how ludicrous it was to be worrying over this kind of increase in CO2 levels. Yes we have pollution problems, no CO2 is the least of our problems with the kinds of chemicals being ejected into the atmosphere, no the average person is not responsible for the pollution output of global industry and warfare, yes we can make a difference but only if we focus on those that ARE doing the polluting instead of trying to police each others
Pray you forgive the presumption of someone not nearly so clever as yourself proffering advice, but could you in the future try to keep the sneer out of your voice?
@alleygh0st - Why don't you go to their website and you can volunteer in one of the many programs they are organizing in the gulf. Then you can join in their campaign to stop this kind of practice by oil companies elsewhere. Or give some money for their various legal challenges of these same oil companies doing the same things all over the world. No? Just gonna sit on your arse do nothing and bitch about everyone else? Thought so.
@alleygh0st - That's it? The last resort of someone without the intellectual capacity to defend their argument, resorting to simple abuse. You would have embarrassed yourself and your position less by just keeping quiet.
Get a smaller tie - it's bigger than your little pin head. Good point about the t-shirt conspiracy - never crossed my mind that the environmental movement was a secret plot to line the pockets of thousands of scientists with t-shirt sales.
If you actually listened to the video you'll notice hes not brushing off protecting the environment or saving the earth. Hes merely stating that the entire scene has been turned into profit for the corporate sector. They have you worrying about the climate while they violate you with the patriot act, wall street theft, and more executive orders than you can shake a stick at. You'll be sitting in a fema prison camp long before the ice caps melt and drown you......
Bottom line.... there is NO "Global Warming"... and Cap & Trade will only FURTHER enslave a "free" nation- because it is a GLOBAL POWER GRAB SCHEME! They are grasping at straws and desperate to control us when they declare with STRAIGHT FACES that Co2 is BAD!!! 'GREEN' SUCKS! And SO DO THE ELITES!
This video almost made me cry... What a crap! Typical of people that are against government-institutions-mainstream science no matter what. Now that environemnt is on top it's time to move on??? Of course companies will adapt to the shift of mentalitites (and with it also wake up other masses) and up-date their campaings to make money. If the final impact is positive what would be a better alternative??
CC Deniers keep on, join the Creationists, they sure now how to keep a good intrigue!
@jomiralua He has a point that the environmental movement has been confined to purely protesting CO2, while GMOs; and other toxins being released into the environment stampede like a heard of wild elephants through the living-room.
As with so many other resistance-groups against globalist imperialism, the ruling oligarchs are once-again controlling the opposition by leading it.
@ninteenseventyfree I see what u mean & I agree that there r so many other issues of deep concern. But what u say is not true - t major environmental groups I know (e.g. GreenPeace, WWF, Friends of t Earth) r also worried with these &campaign 4 a greater awareness & actions. However, CO2 emissions may seem more important because of t scale of its impact (over already weakened ecosystems & directly to humans) but also because we may b on t brink of irreversibly disrupting a complex system (...)
@ninteenseventyfree (cont.) – and not only in terms of climate but also ocean pH – acidification as a direct consequence from t absortion of CO2 by t oceans (no one speaks about this one…).
It is very sad to see that this type of “skepticism” is creating confusion & delaying solutions, when behind it is not really t questioning t majority of scientists but marking a position against instated rullers, politicians and coporations. If Al Gore had made a documentary on how bad plastic is (...)
@ninteenseventyfree (cont.) and how urgently we needed to reduce its consumption how easy it would be to criticise a tax on plastic bags in the supermarkets – “they only did it to make profit and make us pay some extra. Besides, it’s not even clearl that plastic bags are bad for the environment!”
I’m happy that being GREENIE is starting to be a fashion, it is about time!
@jomiralua Global Warming or no, man is definitely having a negative impact on the environment. This planet is not here for us to consume and turn into a giant garbage-tip.
Man-kind must go back to living WITH God and Nature, instead of against them as we are now doing.
The current system is fundamentally flawed and is by-design the most environmentally destructive that it can possibly be. No matter how much you tweak it, it will continue to do the same thing. The current system (...)
@jomiralua (...) must be wiped-off the face of the earth and a return to God's Law, where the food is consumed where it is produced and everyone has a share of God's Earth, instead of it all belonging to Corporations and the people being servants of the Corporations, as is the current status-quo. God's Law is designed to work with nature, rather than against it and is the ONLY solution for all the problems we face in the world today.
Whilst I agree with you on the fact that the Green movement has been hijacked by business and even corporations like BP jumping on the bandwagon, your dismissal of Anthropogenic Global Warming is false. The scientists involved in ClimateGate have been cleared of wrong doings and the consensus on AGW is still overwhelming.
@sugarcanegray cleared of wrongdoing? that's like an internal investigation headed by Karl Rove of whether or not the Bush administration authorized torture.People who are against the ''green movement'' and the artificial ''consensus'' are not dismissive of human impact on the environment, or that it can have detrimental effects on the earth and climate. We just have instinctively known that it was an agenda that never was what it claimed to be, and leftist authoritarian to the core.
@dgbassassassin yes, cleared of wrong-doing. By several independent bodies. So no, nothing like your example at all. And as for your "artificial" consensus, you've got 97 out of the top 100 climate scientists agreeing with the consensus. So no, not artificial at all. I'm guessing you must be from the US, because in the UK, for example, it's not a partisan issue at all, and rightly so, the "leftist conspiracy" theory is a joke pushed morons like Rush Limbaugh.
@sugarcanegray someone didn't read the emails, just the defense of them. 97/100 of top climate scientists? according to whom? source?which ''independent'' bodies? for those interested in checking out the emails to determine the crimatologists' motives for themselves instead of parroting BBC propaganda, here is the link:scienceandpublicpolicy(dot)org/images/stories/papers/reprint/climategate_analysis.pdf. Also, it is quite a partisan issue in the UK. Again, artificial ''consensus''
@dgbassassassin I sent you a message with some links in for the information you requested. Have a look when you get a chance. The loudest voices in the climate change denialists are non-scientists like Lord Monkton, who has been shown to be cherry picking and misunderstanding the science behind the findings. Also, no, climate change isn't a partisan issue, all of the parties are taking it seriously, both the left and the right.
Left-Right? You can hardly put a cigarette paper between Labour and Conservative, it's just a shamocracy.
Their all globalists, who want global "frameworks" (laws) to affect everyone on the planet. They have openly discussed a global carbon tax to be paid into the World Bank.
Where's you democracy now where you get taxed for breathing anywhere on the planet....paid into the unelected "World Bank". C02 based AGM is a scam.
@BarringtonDailey I completely agree, our "democracy" is one of the biggest things holding the human race back right now. But no, you are wrong, AGM isn't a scam at all, it's just been hijacked by certain political groups. The threat is very real.
@batteries76 amen. This is glib and superficial, convincing only to those predisposed to agree. How can you respect a man who claims to be giving you the truth while he sits in front of a green screen?
this goes even beyond corporate explotation. Look at the UN's AGENDA 21. It is the real reason behind the lies. The IPCC might as well have a leader such as Santa Clause
you assume that global warming isn't happening. you assume that green is anti-business and that the reverse is true. on the first you are wrong - any number of sources could show you that. the second assumption relies on popular account and simplistic characterisation. that business will look to profit in the environmental sphere is no revelation. but the main question here is whether you will you retract the many incorrect statements made in this video?
@batteries76 It takes alot of faith at this point to believe without question that global warming is happening and that it is man-made. There is too much evidence to the contrary, and an awful lot of questionable science trying to prove it is.
@whistler2255 to suggest that it takes faith means you have been listening to pundits. i am happy to look at evidence to the contrary but you are being mislead if you think that there is much of it. at its most base: carbon dioxide retains heat, and we are putting tonnes of it in the air. people to look to: scientific journals and papers in the field. people NOT to listen to: monckton, gore, limbaugh, beck, dicaprio, o'reilly and @corbettreport. they don't know - consult someone who does.
@whistler2255 i've seen a hell of a lot of dross and speculation by various shills and i'm always happy to investigate these claims. as it turns out, evidence is thin on the ground - but perhaps you'd care to enlighten me.
@batteries76 Where does the man say in the entire video that the global warming assumptions are incorrect? He's specifically dealing with the issue of hijacking and corruption of the green movement by the corporate and finance elite. He makes no scientific claims either way. Are you simply a troll?
@globalistbrat i had to watch this tripe again because there was a chance i was mistaken. nope. what video were you watching? was it the one where a supercilious twerp constructs a smug and cynical take on empathy with environmentalists? all driven through the prism of his arrogance and single world view, and represented as a simple dichotomy? it's not just that the journalism is poor and the assumptions bad, but he also claims to speak for the environmentalists. it's appalling.
@globalistbrat he says it all through the video. line after line of misread and misinterpreted emails pounced upon feverishly by conservatives - but in their haste they managed to over shoot it. it's thanks to rubbish like this that the attacks on science and scientists have reached the point they have. and i don't think that i person with this perspective on the world, who is at pains to come across as reasonable has the capacity to acknowledge mistakes. they should.
@batteries76 I agree. We now laugh at the Sunday Times (Murdoch) being forced to retract and apologize for fabricated stories about faked data for the breathless rantings of those who equate old beliefs with actual data. I detest Gore for his politics, but his presentation was not in error unless you believe people whose knowledge about climate change comes from infinite experience in trading of mining stock or tobacco lobbying. A lie can circle the world before truth can get its boots on.-Twain
even if companies are using this to make money, and yes there are a lot of other forms of pollution that need to be dealt with, how does that disprove global warming, climate it self it the real scam
The traders should be put in Jail Al Gore and his clan should be poisoned and past laws remove and monies confiscated all based on the fraudulent movement
Oh no theres a revolution in science! one thing happened then all this other stuff isnt true!
James Hansen IS a scientist, he has the real argument against cap and trade in storms of my grandchildren, also giving reasons on indicator (heat in your case) doesn't tell the whole story.
I agree that Al Gore isn't a scientist, but I'd advise people to take a look at James Hansen. He is a scientist and makes a great case against cap and trade in Storms of my Grandchildren. Be warned, he is no politico and so failed a few times in some public relations situations, still, he is the topic of censoring science. Seriously, climate change is not a fraud, heat is your only evidence, "there isn't a revolution in science every day"-Einstien.
Excellent and thorough reporting! It's amazing how little is known by those who espouse knowing so much. Until people realize that the two-party system is no longer and that voting against the "other" candidate just ain't going to cut it, I fear that we will continue to slide down the slippery slope. Wake up people, it's not republican or democrat, it's a republicrat government now. Until they are thrown out on their asses and the "fringe" candidates win the elections, it won't change.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
No does that sound just like agent Smith of The Matrix, or what? lol. Seriously, this guy is talking about people exagerating and manipulating half truths to sway the ignorant masses, when he himself cites 'climategate' as significant. That has been debunked clearly and thoroughly. Just look it up folks.
The environmental movement has been hijacked & its true goals & purposes subverted.
Read Jerry Kammer's fine article "Strategic Negligence" on the hijacking of one of the top environmental organizations
If supposed Environmental organizations who are supposed to be protecting wildlife & the environment, are not addressing the #1 factor for environmental degradation &
wildlife declines (and GHG production) that means they are FRAUDS!
I made the same conclusions as Corbett. I totally agree with him. What the hell were the activists fighting for in Copenhagen? Didn't they know the creators of the BIG LIES about the climate were there to convince the whole world to PAY taxes for CO2 that is not at all the problem? It's all set-up. Set up as the actual BODYSCAN in the airports, started by the hoax bomb attack of 25 december 2009 on the plane to Detroit. What a business hun? $ Read about Chertoff.
And did you know know the bodyscan are not usefull to find explosives in the pants? Did you know that its kind of rays can change you DNA? Wasn't it better to use dogs to find explosives and so on? NO, because they want to know EVERYTHING about you. They don't want to leave you any privacy, no democracy! AND they want to gain on it too! Well that's the same story with the Climate Gate, called like that already BEFORE the Copenhagen 'meeting'. So, were activists asking for World Governement?
And, I do agree the opposite side has introduced itself into the Environment Activism to guide the activism the way they want and they got it that way. Thousands of peolple hoping to pay taxes based on a well known CLIMATE GATE.
Take personally responsibility for where our water, food, resources etc come from and how they are sourced. If you can't do that directly, demand to know this from manufacturers and suppliers and if you're not happy with the answer DON'T BUY the product. What unites most of us is that we are all consumers. Take presonally responsibility for everything you consume, don't expect someone else to govern what is good or bad for you or the environment.
Rather nice video.. But much of the issues the man lists atthe end of the video: genetic engineering, toxic waste in rivers, seas etc, depleted uranium and nuclear stuff in general, the manufacture of proteins etc, - greens worldwide have already been crusading against all that for years now!
jellozoo , you mention capitalism ,socialism, fascism. but you don't offer a alternative??? could it be the one you didn't mention communism , whats your point?? whats the cure?? whats YOUR ANSWER ,
Good message, but you drop the ball with this: "You who have watched with growing concern the ways in which the world around us has been ravaged in the pursuit of the almighty dollar." The important point you leave out is that this belief is childish and nonsensical. There are endless studies showing that global capitalism has raised everyone's standard of living, and that capitalism brings better life to all nations. Be environmental if you want. Don't be stupid.
Global economy is a pretense to further consolidate the nations wealth into the pockets of elite bankers! and... you're obviously not stupid, just find out the facts man.
The thing is, I know the facts. I'm not just spouting conspiracy theory. Why don't you Google global standard of living. You'll see that it rises directly in line with the advance of industrialization and capitalism. The people of the third world aren't crying out to be left alone in poverty - they're crying out for industrialization, for the ability to develop their nations. I would never argue that companies are infallible, but only fools deny the benefit of capitalism.
yeah man, that's an intelligent argument Brian... economies are definitely a tricky thing. Socialism sounds great in theory, but then in application it can turn into a pretense for fascism. Capitalism is great because it allows for more natural system flows, but it rises easily into 'Corporatism', which can lead to hard-core fascism.
The bottom line to me I believe is to allow freedom to move and breath in an economy, and then keeping the successors from lording it over the rest of us.
The 3rd world nations need to think about the Danish text. It would place all power in the hands of the World Bank and IMF. They would tax the 3rd world as well, and send them windmills when you need food. Already millions have starved because of biofuels.
Come on... the money made from Global Warming products never matches the profits by the oil companies ... 42 billion dollars profit by Exxon, 31 billion by Shell, 24 billion by Chevron, GE 17,4 billion, British Petroleum 21 billion ... in 2008!
Of course there's always people who want to make money... but who is really making the big bucks...?
The irony of this is that the oil companies are owned by the same central bankers that are pushing the climate change / cap and trade agenda. Watch these movies in this order:America:Freedom to Fascism, Money as Debt and The Money Masters. You will have a reasonable understanding of the scam at that point.
Globaling warming is just the fluff for the real issues, like he spoke about after 7:25 mark, it's the engineered organisms, pesticides/plastic/chemicals/metals that effect our DNA and create all these new "auto-immune" diseases. wake up people from green corporate crap, even Wal-mart thinks it's "green". all corporations are bullshit. learn to clean your soil, air, and water.
The global warming ball is too big and rolling down hill so fast that it is impossible to stop now. The issue of the leaked emails and the fraud they reveal will be a minor bump on the hill for this massive ball. It's nice to be vindicated but we're still gonna be trampled soon enough.
What a shame that main stream media is so silent on this latest controversy. This is a great example of the old adage "the silence is deafening". I would also add that their silence is very much adding to my suspicions of conspriracy.
Central Banks like the FED are privately owned, in case you didn't know. Debt per western nation USA $12T, GB $8T, France $6T, Spain n Italy $4T x 2, Germany $5 trillion. Oh yeah, the fractional reserve system is working just fine.
Goldman Sucks is well positioned to profit from Cap and Trade; wow, how odd is that? Central Banks are lending based on perceived increase in tax receipts and charging COMPOUND interest making the entire planet a debt laden indentured servant. Good F ucking luck, sheep.
All true! And well presented... Thankyou! A full examination is needed and hmmm...why not get the funds for such from those who have already used them for their own purposes. Better yet...they should have to return all that they've taken for crimes against humanity and all that lives and breathes.
"James," I've been a supporter in the past but I can hear that you speak like them now. You know what investigations will bring or new protests. It's the slightly different dance to the same song.
Bang on commentary. There are so many more worthy expenditures of our time and money. e.g. an island of plastic in the Pacific that is twice the size of Texas. That's something real, and ugly and dangerous.
Hes right. Environmentalists are fighting for the very corporations they think they were fighting against. As alex jones would put it. They are "well meaning idiots".
"Scientists have been paid millions to lie about global warming"
Time to riot-time for war!
The corrupt scientists behind the Glowbull Warming scam are not only helping the corrupt globalist politicians they are destroying the reputation of legitimate science
global warming nazis need to be stopped, if not beaten to a pulp
eco-fascist
They're aiming for genocide, aren't they?
Im so glad a bunch of climate scientists took some time of from work to go enlighten us on youtube!
Why not every state, city, town, you asked me. I totally agree, I was using the continent as an example, because that's the level at which they are trying to dismantle our freedoms, but I completely agree with you, I think every 'family" or every human being should try and become "self-sufficient". Keep up the great work.
Amazing! As "climate-gate" is revealed the biggest story on the mainstream is a beautiful couple at the White House uninvited. I think Satan has been released to deceive the nations. I think that's clearly happened. Ask any of the deceived if they take the talking head's words at face value and they will say no. Why then, if they are not deceived, are they so quick to scoff at reasoned conclusions contrary to the mainstream media propaganda?
The Royal Society of England is NOT a media organization, its NOT an environmental organization, they are just scientists who publish in peer reviewed science journals
Read what they have to say and then, ...
Science fraud always gets found out by the science community. If real fraud happened, the ppl involved will ruin their science carreers and never publish in reputable journals again.
Stop engaging in politics about science. Go to the source. ;).
Excellent job! As someone who is a huge advocate of renewable energy, green building/design etc, I've gotten more and more suspicious and frankly annoyed with the overwhelming push on "global warming" being the end-all-be-all of the environmental or green movement. There are so many REAL POSITIVE SOLUTIONS that can come out of this movement but the crap and trade/carbon taxes is not one of them and will in fact be quite harmful. Let's define our goals and not be distracted by Gore and Co.
I've read studies both supporting and not supporting the global warming theories. I've come to the conclusion (as far as the warming effect) that the solar flare activity is the biggest contributor but there are so many other factors to consider before saying "the debate is over." 31000+ scientists signed a petition saying they disagree with Gore's conclusions.
The important point is that we come up with solutions that will help us WHETHER OR NOT GLOBAL WARMING IS A SCAM. (more)
I get inspired by people like Buckminster Fuller (inventor of the geodesic dome) and more recently Michael Reynolds who invented the earthship (earthship . net) which is an off-grid dwelling which produces its own solar/wind electric power, catches and filters its own water, uses greywater systems, creates its own food etc etc.
More importantly, I am in the process of greening a building and always on the lookout for DIY solutions to help the legit green movement. No co-opting here!!
Man causes unacceptable emissions, and waste. That is one facet.
I reason tectonic activity (volcanic activity/continental drift), and magnetic polar shift, over hundreds-of-millions of years, has allowed glacial advance, and retreat. The pattern is non-cyclic. Overall climate variations are uncontrollable, moreover unpredictable.
Pollution is controllable, yet different nations are developing at different rates.
"Your movement has been usurped by the very same financial interests you thought you were fighting against"
Not really. Governments and politicians these days are more interested in lobbyists and business than voters and it's these people who have affected the proposed - and inadequate - legislation and ensuing lack of enforcement.
No activist worth their salt expects anything of government.
A few emails from one institute doesn't negate the vast body of evidence that the climate is changing.
"Your movement has been usurped by the very same financial interests you thought you were fighting against"
LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE.
Did the crime syndicate ask the American people if they want a "Copenhagen Treaty"? Why don't we get to 'vote' on that shit.
Instead they force it on us, against our collective will. They conspire in secrecy from behind closed doors. They never ask 'what do the citizens want" they do it all despite us.
As they continue to trick, deceive, scam & defraud us blind
I just sent this to Alan Jones an Australian Media Major who is protesting against our Support of Copenhagen....I suggest WE the little people, USE THE NET TO OUR ADVANTAGE And Send emails! :)
What do you think the worldview entails from people who think that population control is to be honored above all else and what is their solution? Abortion, killing Grandma, killing the disabled, killing those who don't agree with their twisted worldview. EW

Whilst I agree with you on the fact that the Green movement has been hijacked by business and even corporations like BP jumping on the bandwagon, your dismissal of Anthropogenic Global Warming is false. The scientists involved in ClimateGate have been cleared of wrong doings and the consensus on AGW is still overwhelming.
sugarcanegray 1 year ago
@sugarcanegray cleared of wrongdoing? that's like an internal investigation headed by Karl Rove of whether or not the Bush administration authorized torture.People who are against the ''green movement'' and the artificial ''consensus'' are not dismissive of human impact on the environment, or that it can have detrimental effects on the earth and climate. We just have instinctively known that it was an agenda that never was what it claimed to be, and leftist authoritarian to the core.
dgbassassassin 1 year ago
@dgbassassassin yes, cleared of wrong-doing. By several independent bodies. So no, nothing like your example at all. And as for your "artificial" consensus, you've got 97 out of the top 100 climate scientists agreeing with the consensus. So no, not artificial at all. I'm guessing you must be from the US, because in the UK, for example, it's not a partisan issue at all, and rightly so, the "leftist conspiracy" theory is a joke pushed morons like Rush Limbaugh.
sugarcanegray 1 year ago
@sugarcanegray someone didn't read the emails, just the defense of them. 97/100 of top climate scientists? according to whom? source?which ''independent'' bodies? for those interested in checking out the emails to determine the crimatologists' motives for themselves instead of parroting BBC propaganda, here is the link:scienceandpublicpolicy(dot)org/images/stories/papers/reprint/climategate_analysis.pdf. Also, it is quite a partisan issue in the UK. Again, artificial ''consensus''

you assume that global warming isn't happening. you assume that green is anti-business and that the reverse is true. on the first you are wrong - any number of sources could show you that. the second assumption relies on popular account and simplistic characterisation. that business will look to profit in the environmental sphere is no revelation. but the main question here is whether you will you retract the many incorrect statements made in this video?
batteries76 1 year ago
@batteries76 It takes alot of faith at this point to believe without question that global warming is happening and that it is man-made. There is too much evidence to the contrary, and an awful lot of questionable science trying to prove it is.
whistler2255 1 year ago
@whistler2255 to suggest that it takes faith means you have been listening to pundits. i am happy to look at evidence to the contrary but you are being mislead if you think that there is much of it. at its most base: carbon dioxide retains heat, and we are putting tonnes of it in the air. people to look to: scientific journals and papers in the field. people NOT to listen to: monckton, gore, limbaugh, beck, dicaprio, o'reilly and @corbettreport. they don't know - consult someone who does.

batteries76 1 year ago
@batteries76 Where does the man say in the entire video that the global warming assumptions are incorrect? He's specifically dealing with the issue of hijacking and corruption of the green movement by the corporate and finance elite. He makes no scientific claims either way. Are you simply a troll?
globalistbrat 1 year ago
@globalistbrat i had to watch this tripe again because there was a chance i was mistaken. nope. what video were you watching? was it the one where a supercilious twerp constructs a smug and cynical take on empathy with environmentalists? all driven through the prism of his arrogance and single world view, and represented as a simple dichotomy? it's not just that the journalism is poor and the assumptions bad, but he also claims to speak for the environmentalists. it's appalling.
batteries76 1 year ago
@globalistbrat he says it all through the video. line after line of misread and misinterpreted emails pounced upon feverishly by conservatives - but in their haste they managed to over shoot it. it's thanks to rubbish like this that the attacks on science and scientists have reached the point they have. and i don't think that i person with this perspective on the world, who is at pains to come across as reasonable has the capacity to acknowledge mistakes. they should.

Exercise self governance.

Don't be stupid.
brainiacgames 2 years ago
Ha!
Global economy is a pretense to further consolidate the nations wealth into the pockets of elite bankers! and... you're obviously not stupid, just find out the facts man.
jellozoo 2 years ago
The thing is, I know the facts. I'm not just spouting conspiracy theory. Why don't you Google global standard of living. You'll see that it rises directly in line with the advance of industrialization and capitalism. The people of the third world aren't crying out to be left alone in poverty - they're crying out for industrialization, for the ability to develop their nations. I would never argue that companies are infallible, but only fools deny the benefit of capitalism.
brainiacgames 2 years ago 3
Benefits compared to what? other common fraudulent systems? I don't care if there are benefits when the drawbacks outweigh them by far
EXetoC 2 years ago
yeah man, that's an intelligent argument Brian... economies are definitely a tricky thing.

I'm so glad these stupid idiotic theories are done with. I haven't believed this shit for a second and now the truth comes out that it WAS a scam.
This climate bullshit is just another HOAX enabling Goldman SUCKS to trade these carbon certificates and make more BILLIONS.
What about the 30,000+ scientists that don't agree with man-made global warming?
The Environmental Movement had been corrupted and twisted by the Communist and socialist scumbags! Global Warming is a SCAM!!

Good work, James!

Go to the source. ;).

Note: the Royal Society is not predicting gloom and doom but they are concerned there is a problem based on the science.
Read their reports online.

And you've read peer reviewed science jouranls about this?
You've checked what established authorities on the subject say about this?
Gore is a politician. Yes, its true that politiicans lie but the Royal Society has scientific reputations to worry about.
Go to their website. They are NOT an "environmental" group.

I believe global climate change is caused by the wobble of the earth's axis (Precession of the Equinoxes) not greenhouse gases.
Carbon Dioxide is just .038 percent of the total atmosphere!

corbettreport,
I agree.
It is politics, unfortunately.
It be it.

All grants should be taken back. Gore and his crooks should all be put on trail.
Thank God for these hackers

What do you think the worldview entails from people who think that population control is to be honored above all else and what is their solution? Abortion, killing Grandma, killing the disabled, killing those who don't agree with their twisted worldview. EW
