What the police said is they don't know where Misty Croslin was BECAUSE she changed her story over and over. They know she was in the house just not an exact location.
It Does NOT exonerate just because she was there.. it actually makes it much more likely that she killed the child.

I never realized that speaking the truth was deemed by the legal system as Harrassement.. I think you have the law confused.

That does not mean, however, that you can harass someone as long as it's true! You CAN be guilty of harassing someone even if what you are saying is true.
