sounds like my first car. An 85 chevy celeberty.... the exhaust rusted off so we welded a 45 elbow dumping in front of the right rear. sounded kinda like this thing, :)
In my state it is not illegal to take the cat off. so i have one 2 inch straight pipe that dumps off to a dual chamber flowmaster that breaks off into two 3 inch dual exhaust pipes out the back.
Sounds good to me, literaly lol. I want to eventually install a flowmaster 80 series. But first I need to get my car running. Looking foward to your new video!!
@clayroe91 I could, but I also have to worrie about emission tests. I'd rather just leave her be, and eventually save up and buy a Van from the 70's :D
what i did was weld a straight pipe in place of the cat, and clamped on a flowmaster original 40. I've got a 1989 z24 with the 2.8 v6 and it sounds mean as shit
did you film that with a potato?

@89madcam
the only thing ur gonna gain by taking the cat off is back pressure since you have such a low hp car

@heavymetaltuba of course it does
