Many people sell covers. There are entire bands dedicated to playing nothing but covers, and they keep every cent earned.

Night has plenty of his own creation along side it, its not just a straight up copy and paste.

Brentalfloss lives in the US. US law i guess is more tolerant of this kind of thing.

It should be possible, but given his nationality, i couldn't say what he'll be able to get away with.

Covering and Sampling of other artists is seen everywhere, i doubt its seriously frowned upon.

The only issue i could see is if his country takes it seriously.

And i forgot where he lives, so i can't really say.
