  • Thumbs up if you came here from TV Tropes...

  • plastic water poisoning the earth!

  • OKTOBERFEST!!

  • Eriiiiiiiiiiiic :D

  • Someone must have sneaked in LSD at the Aquafina bottling plant.

  • notice the cold beer sign at 0:42 ;D

  • They messed up at 0:42.

  • water, tepid.

  • Everyone is thirsty for tap water !

  • So this is what happens when 4Kids gets a hold of a beer commercial.

  • This will be us in about 500 years when pure drinking water will be in such short supply that it'll be worth more than gold.

  • XD i remember seeing that commercial in the beginning of New Years, by the way Happy New Years!

  • 'The more water you drink, the better you feel'

You do know drinking too much water kills you due to water poisening? A woman died after drinking much water to win a wii for her kids.

  • @dundeecake Wasn't that cause she was in a contest to see who could hold their pee the longest and her bladder exploded or something?

  • @Iamjustherek I went looking for some info. The contest was indeed 'hold your wee for a WII' but she died of Water intoxication. The 'hold your wee' thing wasn't mentioned, since it was probably just a funny name for the contest, but not a rule. As far as I know your bladder can't just explode like that. Except something blocks it, you will just pee even if you don't want to.

  • @dundeecake Oh okay. I only really heard the story in passing

  • @dundeecake Too much of anything can be bad for you, no matter how good for you it is. Although i'm not so sure about fresh air.

  • Respond to this video... that's really vodka! LOL

  • A++++++

  • I love aquafina water but hate the new - thinner- plastic bottles they are sold in - you can hardly get a good grip on bottle due to crumbling- thinning plastic- please make bottles with thicker plastic and sturdier like original plastic bottle it was first distributed as. Even other water bottles are not as thin but ozarka bottles follows in thinning plastic as well- this sucks - I prefer pure American bottled water now cause of durable plastic bottle - thnx

  • I love this commercial.

  • i was in that ad hahaha

  • @maguiregvn5 Lucky!

  • Water is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.

  • That is horrible! They ruined the song! The Student Prince is a classic, how could they massacre the song like that? *stunare*

  • Beers better ;) I'll find out again this evening in the fraternity :D

  • fuckin frat boy. everybodys gay but you!

  • thank you, very polite! i bet you are a racist- you don't know me but you think i'm gay. nazis also did not knew the judes- but they killed them. if you think i'm a nazi- i'm swiss, liberal and i hate racists.

  • dude im fucking anti racist. i dated a black chick! nice judgmental skills

  • I'm gonna go drink some water now.

  • This is campy!

  • This commercial always makes me thirsty

  • @carolynxstumph Me too!!

  • i want 25 litre bottle supplier in old Delhi

  • Man...I think Aquafina is my bottled water of choice just because this commercial is awesome

  • I came to this video because SC (my state) is thinking about lowering the drinking age to 18.......

    all together now...

    ♫ DRINK, DRINK, DRINK! ♫

  • dude you serious i live their too they're really thinkin about that

  • this is the best commercial ever

  • I love The Student Prince (The movie this song came from) except in the movie they were singing about beer LOL!!!!

  • Well, pff no wonder it seemed a bit pythonesque to me, the voice-over at the end is fuckin' Eric Idle xD

  • For some reason this reminds me of the Spam song on Monty Python...

  • hyponatremia!

  • i wish i was in that commercial

looks like it was so much fun to make

  • This video is absolute genius.

  • Aquafina is Pepsi owned

    expensive tap water

    (running water)!!

  • ok ok ok i'm drinking now

  • haha I want one of those mugs.

  • i love this commercial it makes drinking water look so cool

  • I dont care about "blah blah blah, this is from tap water" as long as it meets government regulations, im fine with it. I just like bottled water because its in a bottle! I can take it go walk around town or something, and just throw it out. its better than drinking energy drinks every day.

  • i used to love that commercial

  • "Aquafina means the end of water as we know it."--Lewis Black

  • I was drinking Aquafina while watching this, and without even thinking, I started guzzling it. Mind control, perhaps? Lol.

  • Soooo... Which one is Eric Idle? I didn't see him sitting anywhere, tho rumors say he is. That's him 'narrating' at the end, tho! ^^

  • He's not "in" the commercial... he's simply narrating it.

  • Stupid rumors. I suppose I should disregard just about everything I read online, eh? Hehe... xD

Rumors said he was sitting at the end of the bar, but I guess not.

  • Great comments about the bottled water scam. I must say, I always thought bottled water was a stupid idea, until I travelled to other countries and didn´t trust their water. But, seriously, for someone living in the 1st world it is a serious waste of resources. I never thought twice about drinking tap water growing up in Canada, but even in Germany they prefer drinking bottled water. You get looked at funny asking for tap water there. The school I worked at didn´t even have water fountains!

  • Sorry, I meant to say that I think there are other problems with bottled water. Eric Idle, You're a

    sellout.

  • You guys are right. Bottled water is a scam, and it is

not as healthy as they say it is Bottled water lacks

flouride, which prevents your teeth from rotting. I

think there are other problems with water too. Drink

the water you got at home. It's much cheaper.

  • Flouride only protects teeth when applied and spit out, and even the "protection" is disputed. Afterall, dentists tell you NOT to swallow the flouride. Truth is, flouride is a deadly poison that's a byproduct of aluminum processing. It rates above lead and just below arsenic in toxicity. Drinking flouridated water is actually more dangerous than those scary Chinese toys with lead paint.

  • @MVillani1985 I hear it also saps and impurifies your precious bodily fluids.

  • @fpm919 Not only that, there are currently efforts underway to flouridate ice cream. Ice cream, fpm, CHILDREN'S ice cream!

  • at least the bottled water companies dont sell us gasoline, I mean $1 for 20 oz???

  • I like the song of Mario Lanza, especially this one.

  • Buying bottles of water instead of drinking the perfectly good and nearly free water in the USA and Europe, is one of the biggest scams out there. Think, think, think! The environmental effects and the waste are a shame.

  • you are right but more pollution comes from the soda and BEER companies because drunks are huge litter bugs, and the corporate giants that run those companies especially seem to hate the environment . S I would say water is probably the lesser of the evil except from a few water companies also owned by the same corporate giants like cocacola etc

  • A thoughtful reply, however... ultimately even the bottles that are discarded properly must either be recycled (using energy and causing pollution to reprocess) or else end in landfill or more often, in the ocean. Drinking tap water (and maybe filtering if you need to) and carrying your own tap water if you must, is far, far more efficient. And, don't mention Nestle and others controlling water in third-world countries.

  • Phantastic.... funny, cool and true too... rare mixture ;-)

  • I LOVE THIS COMMERICAL!

  • That song is from Sigmund Romberg's musical "The Student Prince" from 1924.

  • How right you are, and, the original version is sung by Mario Lanza..

  • You're close, the most famous version was sung by Mario Lanza in the 1954 film, the original 1924 Broadway version was sung by Howard Marsh. I have some of the recordings of its original run from late 1924 through early 1925. :)

  • what possesed you to make this

  • Love this! Romberg for the 21st century!

  • drink!!!!!!!!!!!

  • drinking is bad for r u, u noe that? jkjk lol
